I would so appreciate some classic pipe organ music, you get a lot of soundstage, air, depth, bass, and really get a taste of how good the treble can be in a speaker!!
bsc all equipment is sold with astronomical margin. Simple MDF speakers worth single dollars sold for hundreds. these metal cabinets worth hundreds dollars to produce, soo the end price is in many grands.
Dont worry, they are worth every penny. I replaced my NEW Mcintosh mc611 monos with the Gryphon Diablo 300 ... this integrated is in another league, other level. More real, natural and the bass is very visceral, just amazing.
It's NOT too expensive. You get what you pay for. I own the 120. I have auditioned the gryphon against the competition, gryphon so much more "musical" sounding
Bipolar Junction Transistor amps like this Diablo 120 tend to give good slam but with a tradeoff of less top end air. As can be heard in the soprano song in particular. As for the Gryphon speakers, the drivers are spaced too far apart to image well - an apparent case of form over function.
This is a wonder combination and this is only the Baby version? I have a Marantz Gold Line with a set of Jamos 6.2. I was planning to get myself a Onkyo with some KEFs but this reminds me of the old Technics with a nice pair of Stereos (of the 80's or even the old Pioneer SA-9900. I actually hate a 6.2 cause not everything works in 6.2? This is beautiful, not to mention the 300.
Yes of course you can. And im sure it will sound sublime. The better the amplifier, the better they will sound. I think gryphon would be a fine match. But listen before you buy. The Dynaudio Heritage is a great speaker.
@@bikemike1118 You're talking shite mate! The Diablo 120 or 300 will pair up with virtually (and drive) any speaker capable of handling either of them them.

Don’t think it has much to do with the nationality…

Absolutely loved the sax on "Liberty". Amazing speakers and electronics!! I want it all.
Love Gryphon Audio, thanks.
Thank you very much for sharing. Wonderful!
dear sir, how does Gryphon Diablo 120 power Sonus Faber Olympica Nova III speakers?
Gran musica, exelente sonido, cuando tenga el dinero GRYPHON sera la marca
I have GATO FM-50 (88db - 4ohm-2,83v). I wonder if the Diablo will drive them easily.
Would someone please list the muisic & cd's played? I'm particularly interested in the Vivaldi and the Italian band. Thanks.

@@zencoatlrios2648 in terms of sound how 300 compares with 120? the speakers are 91dB focal scala

Great music control
the stereo system's sound is too overwhelming. though it is clear, detailed and dynamic, it frightens the hell out of me
It sounds more like real music…less like hifi…you’re probably not used to that. That’s why it frightens you.
The prize frightened me the most.

Can I use Dynaudio Heritage Special with Gryphon Diablo 120
Not possible...unfortunately. Gryphon plays only together with Gryphon...that’s how they are constructed 😉
Gryphon requires much better speakers than heritage dyns. Seriously
