Wow! Your use of the fields, Weaving in and out of her spells and you removal of music during time stop were all amazing! This was so much fun to watch! Well done!
That was an intense battle from start to finish! It's not every day you see Absorption getting some use either. The description is really informative as well, especially on a fight that has so many things going on! The music transition on the first Time Stop was a thing of beauty too.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the music transition and description. Absorption is a spell I never expected to utilize in this run but it ended up being pretty useful here. Might not have had enough TP for Indignation at the end without it!
The Overlimit push into the final hit of Infernal Prison at 0:39 is the funniest thing I've seen all day lol. The fact that she kneels right after makes it even better. Any plans to tackle challenge runs for Graces f and Destiny DC in the future? Those are respectively my favorite 3D and 2D Tales games. DC has perhaps the best designed difficulty levels I've seen in any game and that makes the dreaded Chaos mode actually super fun despite the lack of experience multiplier---actually, it might be the lack thereof that makes difficulty in this game so interesting and not as shallow as in some other Tales games
Glad you enjoyed the Infernal Prison. It was actually quite painful to get that in the run because there are a few scenarios in which it just doesn't work lol. Out of those games, I'm more likely to do a challenge run for Destiny DC in a distant future since it's a game I'd really like to learn someday. Graces F is fun but I don't have a good way to play/record that game right now haha (I've also heard that challenge runs for that game are quite hellish).
@@HorangiTiger I see! Glad to hear that about DC. Yeah Graces is a bit tricky with all the random iron stance frames bosses get, making combos sometimes unreliable, and there isn't a really consistent way to juggle ennemis in the air when they do stagger, while in DC you can pretty much fly lol
You're kinda the GOAT for giving me this save file... I'd either have had to spend a few hours getting all the Catalyst Weapons or have the fight take place in some random area LOL.
@@HorangiTiger Oh yeah, I forgot that was a thing! It's still super impressive, so great work once again! I wonder if there's any way to cheese Nebilim to actually make a no damage run.
@@goldroger8536 There is! But you can only do it on Tear. ua-cam.com/video/gMMSynlacdU/v-deo.html Muctales managed to do it a while back. One of my favorite solos to watch.
It has been a fucking WHILE since I watched a Nebilim Solo fight. God, I used to watch these a lot back in the day. You TECHNICALLY could still do a no damage run if you turned off the AD skill that gives you HP equal to the last damage you took, because all MAs that hit everywhere can't kill. But then you have to know where to stop her for things that CAN kill that are random (Meteor Storm) or single target (Indignation). It's possible, it's everywhere on YT. It's also funny to spam FOF changes during the MA cinematics, since you can't actually do them, you can spam the arte that leads to them quicker LOL
You are correct that no damage is technically possible if I were to enter the fight with 1 HP and no Rebirth skill. However, it wouldn't really be worth it because I would just be banking on Nullify to dodge Indignation haha. Indignation is not able to be dodged by any means and you can't cancel Indignation either since it's not something that she casts, it just kinda triggers. There's two ways to deal with Indignation that I know of. One is to get lucky and have the Nullify skill proc (low chance to take no damage). The other is to trigger other HP thresholds at the same time as Indignation as this will make her cast her HP threshold related artes in reverse order. Then, you'd have to kill her before gets an opportunity to cast Indignation (this requires very high damage output). The only one who has ever done a true no damage solo of Nebilim is Muctales on Tear who utilized the second method to deal with Indignation. I didn't try to lab out a Jade version of this strat because I would just get hit by Big Bang anyways (Tear can dodge Big Bang with her Force Field spell).
i'm not sure if you allow this in your runs, but i think if you keep running towards the edge when time stop hits. you will be stuck in the running animation, and nebilim will not do any physical moves if she picks them, she will run along with you, and gives you plenty of time to jump away once time stop is over.
This is actually a misunderstanding that I had too. I saw someone do this in a video, but it's actually not possible. It's likely that you saw a take where the runner did this and didn't take damage due to a skill called Nullify which allows you to take no damage from an attack (low percentage chance of occurring though).
Good job! I havent played much as Jade, but your solo vids make him look fun! I loved soloing Nebilim with Natalia, although TBH she's the only one I was ever able to beat her with 🥲

Happy to help out man! The spell slinging was pretty intense ngl! I'm gonna be honest, I forgot Absorbtion was a spell... LOL
Great job as usual 💖

Great job! I'm surprised it only took 11 minutes, I remember this fight lasting like an hour in unkown lmao.
Yeah I have to beef up my attack stats in order to do these fights solo. Bosses in Abyss are ridiculously tanky haha.

Female Abyssion
I love time stop stopped the music and then you played the next one 🤣
Very good
I wish that we can fight both Abyssion and Nebilim at the same time.
Bro mfs need to win the fight lol calm down

Interesting! I had no idea that existed. Not that it matters much now that I've already done the fight haha.
How do you make his HP go up Earthbound-style like that?
That's the Rebirth AD Skill. It slowly heals half of damage received from the last attack!
By the way I don’t know if you know this it is possible to dodge indignation you have to time the double jump and be running very fast

can you pass me this save file? i really want to refight her without having to redo the entire game :(
Sorry, it's been a while and I got a new PC since this so I don't have the save anymore :(
Are the stats set just to make the fight not last an eternity?
Yep.
