Love your podcasts brother Jack. They fill my days as I draw. One former operator to another, your efforts help motivate and inspire other SOF vets as we begin again.
Put a smile on my face to see you two together again! A couple of very special human beings. Bless you both. Thanks Eric, I'm a little more motivated to train a little more frequently! TC
This is so awesome! Funny thing when I met Fros dad I mainly remember how big his hands were! I told my wife it’s like shaking hands with a counter top. Great reference Jack awesome podcast @jackcarrusa
My Navy bootcamp great lakes March 1971 the worst was the cold ears and having to take a dump in an open bathroom with whoever else was there. The first week before we moved across the road to the main camp. but we did the mask thing in the concrete building to experience fire on board. We were poozies. Regular navy boot camp was easy if in halfway decent shape. The first time a lot of whites were around blacks. Blacks all stuck together. All ate at same table. Ghetto types. Eye opener for many of the country boys

Most excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed this glimpse into Eric Frohardt’s life and his relationship to you, Jack Carr….

What Squad was Eric in at Devgru? If red then they had to of been the number 1 squad at that time rolling with Rob and DJ would’ve been badass
I think he was in gold squadron. He did a podcast with Eddie Penney.
If you look over his right shoulder you can see his gold squadron patch in a little picture frame.
