Cualquier neófito puede creer que todo está bien porque se ve bonito el amarre de los aceros. Sin embargo, hay vicios y malas prácticas en las disposiciones de estos aceros de refuerzos. Una primera instancia respecto a ello: No hay aceros de refuerzos subiendo más arriba del tope de las paredes, salvo donde fueran ubicadas las columnas. El único amarre estaría en la integración de concretos con los topes de paredes. 2- Hay áreas longitudinales en donde ubicadas las vigas de coronaciones en las que el confinamiento de los aceros no fue controlado y estos están demasiado cercanos a las caras de las vigas. Otros vicios, segunda instancia: Los aceros negativos en todos los "cantilever" fueron mal colocados y demasiado cortos para la tensión a que serían sometidos por las cargas del concreto en cantilever. Todos los aceros del cantilever perimetral fueron mal instaldos porque al ser tan cortos debieron salir confinados desde dentro de la parte interior de las vigas. Los refuerzos de aceros negativos para áreas amplias casi no trabajan o no ayudan a los aceros positivos por ser demasiado cortos y por faltar en otros perímetros de las mismas áreas. 3- No instalaron maestras de nivelación para el vaciado y control de concretos confinados para el techo. No Instalaron maestras para encauzar las aguas pluviales hacia los desagües. No se alcanzan a ver esos desagües y no se alcanzan a ver los tubos de ventilaciones sanitarias. No hay trabajos eléctricos empotrados ni facilidades para los mismos. Un individuo camina en zapatillas sobre el techo. Debo reconocer que los concretos se observan con alrededor de cuatro pulgadas de asentamientos, indicando con ello que la pastosidad es buena para la resistencia de esos concretos. Hay demasiado personal para las necesidades. Este es un mal ejemplo sobre desarrollo de una estructura. Los estribos de las vigas son de acero sin aristas de confinamientos. Lo malo en ellos es que las puntas debieron ser instaladas para mayor confinamientos en defecto de que son muy lisos y con propiedades muy elongativas, esto es son muy estirables sometidos a tensión o compresión.

Can you please do a video where you show us how you remove everything after the concrete has set and seal it and put an interior ceiling in? Ta
This method of construction is common in Southeast Asia. The wood surface you see at the beginning of the video, and it’s support structure, is all removed from the inside after the concrete has cured, leaving only the concrete. Some low cost methods will leave the ceiling as is, with the texture made by the red white and blue vapor barrier left exposed. Others will put a skim coat of cement over the ceiling to make it smooth. For the more elaborate methods, they install a drop ceiling using ceiling tiles or sheetrock.

25 yıllık inşaat mühendisiyim. Çok mu kaliteli iş yapılıyor ,çok mu ilkel şartlarda iş yapılıyor vallahi çözemedim. Demirciler pense kullanmıyor ellerinde bi demir parçası ile demir bağlıyorlar ama kullandıkları demirler en az 3 kat, helal valla. Bir de beton dökülürken mobil pompa kullanılmıyor , ilkel şartlarda yer pompası gibi bir şey var onunla zorlana zorlana beton döküyorlar ama betonun hem altına hem üstüne nsylon seriyorlar ki beton suyunu kaybetmesin diye. Bir de vibrasyonlu mastar kullanıyorlar ki bizim ülkede bile bunu kullanan çok az. vallahi çözemedim.
Im not an expert but i think that roof maybe wont hold because theres only 2 cross steel bar was used, it looks neat but im afraid it will fall from above to 2nd floor

It's a roof.
This is popular methods to construction of floor, but I worry about that the bottom of slab has no good quality because canvas adhere concrete after remove formwork.
It probably will not be exposed to the interior view.

I was looking for rebar sticking upwards from the walls that would bend into the slab.
Yes they were good with their top beam steel having terminating hooks but the column bars needed hooks as well.

Why are they covering new concrete roof with plastic sheets?
Do it in precast shops to help the concrete cure faster and more evenly-- for these guys probably so no one will see how rough concrete is when it's only been screeded and not floated or trowelled. lol

Does this type of roof last longer than the the hip roofing
I’m not absolutely sure that’s the roof. They might go up one more story, as the nearby buildings seem to be higher. A hip roof, of course, is sloped. When they get around to building this roof, I bet it will be flat. Most hip roofs are wood framed. If we are comparing concrete to wood construction, yes the concrete should last longer.
