If your Ring Doorbell is not sending notification to your iPhone or iPad, you just need to check the Ring App notification settings and also make sure that the device is not in Not Disturb Mode.
You also need to check if the motion detection is enabled on your Ring device and working properly. There are some settings for Detection Area, Sensitivity, Schedule, Frequency and Avanced Mode.
