If that is a old ashtray stand , I saw someone make a water fountain out of it. They put a vintage glass light ceiling fixture as the bowl on top. turned out really cool.

Great buys, loved the old frocks in different sizes hand held water pump, chamber pot, silver flower sifter, railway lantern, military helmet, old iron you hear on the wood stove, the old floor lamp but couldn't see top of . Love the glass oil lantern, & the wall base.

Congratulations on your 200th. Found you guys months ago and going through older ones its fun to see how you changed .. um..one thing.. what happened to give aways lol... and it's better with the change of music not so loud when there is no talking but I love all u guys do and how u get along. Would LOVE to see your house in person. I'm sure it feels like stepping back in time
Hi Jill!! Yes editing was a real learning curve and when I started doing this I had absolute *ZERO* experience. It took awhile to get things dialed in, and I think I have it good now.. music wise and all, I agree it's too loud in my early episodes. I've often thought of taking the old ones off, re-editing them all, and re-releasing them.. but that's going to take ALOT of work. LOL. So.. as we went from 1 video per week, to 2, to now 4-5 per week, time is what's in the way of these special episodes etc... giveaways and stuff like that. I think this winter once sales die down we'll do something again. I want to do something big when we hit 10k subscribers, which we're REALLY trying to get by the end of the year. :)
I don't know how your not at 100 thousand to be honest. And I love the bits at the end when u think it's over..but it's not.. jealous of all the great sales in your area too. Small town kansas doesn't have much lol

I found your channel about 4 days ago, subscribed after the first video and have been binge watching since (almost 80 video in😂). You've gained 157 subscribers since me so hopefully you will reach your goal of 10k. I love everything about your videos, the editing, the music (particularly that it's not obnoxiously loud compared to the voices) and I appreciate the text rather than voice over. I also love the relationship you have together and the way you relate to and speak to the people you meet. I also really appreciate the way you put up savings as well as profit and the enjoyment you get from your finds. I get turned off a lot of picking type videos because the enjoyment they get seems to be from taking advantage of people and how much they can make out of others. I really want to thank you for being the people you are and providing such nice uploads that I can vicariously enjoy. With Australia being such a young country we don't have quite the history and antiques you come across. (plus I don't have the budget or space to indulge my love of antiques). Keep up the good work and know that you are appreciated 💐

Too funny about the spider Karen, you reminded me of MyDaughter this summer in Manitoba. She was freaking out about a Daddy Long Legs and yet BC is full of huge Wolf Spiders *(shudder).*
I try to catch and release...as I throw them out side... I tell them to go feed a bird.
Only once did I kill a *huge* one in the bathtub (I said to him; "sorry man, you are not going to make it outside.")
He crunched when squished... *Shiver*

I wanted that big jar of marbles. My daughter collects them. Some are super old but we go to this place called Moon Marbles they make them there and are super expensive. every time we go the Kansas City to see my sister we stop there we are in California so it is not often. When I saw them I thought, bet he wants a lot for them. But she would have been in marble heaven.

@9:24 Just look at all of those marbles...I love marbles old or new.. LOL I have 3 old German hand made marbles..They came came in a little vintage box with some old spaghetti marbles..About 28 marbles in all and a musket ball..Only 2.50 in euros..A little over $2.50 in US dollars...( flea market find here in Germany) I normally put my Marbles in jars..I left them in the box as is and set them on our coffee table..I feel it would have been a crime to display them any other way..

My husband’s bed liner locks when his truck is locked so I assumed yours did. Guess I wouldn’t put your purchases back there after all!

Ce n'est pas le cas en France où c'est organisé en regroupement de particuliers ou professionnels, mais dans des emplacements payants. Les vide maison sont plus isolés. Karen I hate spiders too but I can't kill them. I use a plastic cup and a paper plate and scoop them up and bring them outside cussing the whole entire time
That's what my grandma tsught me. Now I don't walk very good, so I leave them. Yup, I leave them be. Except if it's a recluse. They have to be squashed due to being venemous.

I always enjoy your videos. The only that bugs me is you jam everything in the back seat. Why don't you put some things in the back of truck. Do you have that much crime. I always think of screwing up my backseat.Still love to watch.
The back seat is nice and soft and won't scratch our old finds, where as the bed of the truck is sprayed with a Rhino-Liner material that can leave scratches on items....
You all are either going to need to buy small stuff that will fit in Karen’s bag, the back of the truck or you’re going to have to empty the truck. Great buys though
