Hey, Im new to FIFA and there's a thing probably really easy to solve but it is bugging me... When playing Kick off with the AI, I never start with possession, its always the AI and I choose the home side. Where do we choose who kicks off the game? And how do we change the Numbers of substitutes?
It’s random who starts with possession it’s a coin flip and uk you can change squad numbers in settings I think 😊

how to apply this in ongoing career mode i already started career mode but the old generic faces still there but outside career it works with the new faces
Not possible. Only way is to restart with new squad update
