well, it holds true several times already, so it's nothing new. Holoserver revived only when there's an update and someone's interested enough to check (most likely Shiraken).
The nostalgia trip is always nice though, new batch of members often do some sightseeing too.

fauna's tree, ame's dome and chloe's house are close to each other. also, aqua's underground house was below chloe's house.

This reminds me of old rp servers from the early internet age and the in memorial of famous members who died but are not forgotten. You can find a lot of youtube videos on this stuff and its always sad but heartwarming.
I love the idea of the Hololive members that have left becoming the Akatsuki. In that sense, I think Aqua works well as Itachi.

I sure hope so, because AFAIK no kson collabs have happened yet. There's the ones between their pl UA-cam channels but nothing with actual hololive collab streams.
Idk man, if hololive allows them to freely collab with all the "Akatsuki" then maybe more talents will be thinking to leave hololive, it's good for a short term, but bad for long term
@@luceindeep5879 i wonder if it really would be bad long term tho. i think a lot of the sadness around graduations is due to the inability to interact and collab in official capacity. if talents are freely allowed to interact with who they wish and how they wish (maybe with exceptions regarding terminations in certain cases) then graduations would become a much smaller deal.
those who want to stay will stay (which is most likely the overwhelming majority of current members) and having a more relaxed attitude could be healthier for the talents and fans. i guess one negative would be requiring significantly more suspension of disbelief if you care a lot about the kayfabe. graduations always invite tons of speculation and normalizing that sometimes people just want a change of pace could make things less stressful for everyone involved.
@kaia-di4pq well, it's entirely just my opinion, but just think about it,
Hololive is a place that hired talents and gave all kinds of supports for them,
One of those supports is to help them to connect with other talents,
As an "idol company" their talents are their assets, they got money from those assets, so they have the rights to choose who they can interact with (of course not including their real life)
When they choose to leave then they understand that hololive will not give the previous supports to them
But I think hololive isn't too strict on that tho,
We can still see "indirect" interaction between talents and ex-talents like for example pekora talking about aqua casually, but still there must be a line
Personally i think it's still okay if they can collab one or two times (not freely)
But still there is a risk that they may unintentionally reveal their "past life" character, even though almost all the fans already knew it, but i think they have agreed that they cannot reveal that publicly no matter what
@@luceindeep5879 yea it would be pretty much impossible to do from hololive the talent agency's perspective, both from the angle of protecting its own interests as well as the talents personal information.
i do think weve seen a significant improvement though with how talents treat ex-talents identities with more people freely calling fauna, aqua and mel etc by name instead of codes like c-chan for coco (although im only going off secondary information regarding how common this was as i wasnt around then and havent seen many clips from the time period immediately after)
2024 was so painful.. 2025 please don't ask me to hold any beers

I've only seen Kanata and Shion read the letters on stream. Kanata doing the pilgrimage was especially touching

I'll wait for the moment when some new gens in the near future just happened to find the entrance, gets amazed by the underground site, and find the "For the Future Hololive Members" letter.

I think only Kisame and Konan were the honorable members. Kisame was dutiful until his death. Konan was only there for her last friend Nagato. Itachi and Nagato were fools easily manipulated by others. Hidan is crazy. Deidara ran away from his village because of his hobby. Sasori was a rebellious child hating on society. Kakuzu was a cowardly bounty hunter. Orochimaru loves his village but hated the ruling class. Obito, well he wasnt really sane because he is an Uchiha. Zetsu was the ancient existence watching everything while having a mother complex.
