One of the joys of being a life long Brighton fan is not only the football we enjoy now, or even our amazing journey to be where we are, but the real life lessons about how a group of people (thanks Tony's and all of you) can cooperate together and achieve something special that brings a lot of happiness!!! Onward with the adventure 🙂❤
A great team to watch from the United States. Started my follow over thirty years ago when I used to travel to the England. You’ve got a long term follower here in the United States. GO BHA! 🇬🇧🙂👍🇺🇸
I am Korean fan of Brighton,so my English isn't good. As a fan of Brighton fan, this season is so frustrated but I think that there are so many injures that we couldn't play very well but not too bad I hope we will do better! I would be forever Brighton fan till I die. I love you Edit)i want to understand videos like these so can you add English sub..😢😢
To the moaners…a great season given the injury cards that we got dealt. But…many youngsters growing & developing as a result. Numerous £50m+ potentials…Buonanotte, Ferguson, Enciso, Barco, Bart, Baleba, Adingra , Jack H…..and others sniffing…we are in a great place but no club can really deliver with the injuries. In de Zerbi we trust…remember where we came from …recently 🥂
@@petemills5704 I trust the club, did not say i did not,but to Trust De Zerbi who has only been with us for a season, and a bit, is something else. Many of the top Clubs are Sniffing around showing interest in him,is worrying.Trust is Earned not freely Given. We will have to see what happens with him.I hope he stays.
Good interview it states who we are as a club etc the dreams etc wr ve really struggled injuries in a grand scale the loss of hinshelwood when he came through after the injuries of others.
been a good season yes we have drawn so many league games but we have been hit hard with injuries but good european run fa cup run and we are building and growing new young talent for next season up the seagulls
The Club should have told RDZ to forget English Cups this season - as he rinsed Mitoma and Pedro in these games. The idea we were going for all 4 competitions was insanity. Also please dump Nike - designs poor, and the cut of the neck/chest this season was horrific.
It's interesting that virtually all the premier league clubs have had unprecedented numbers of injuries. Why is that? Do need to sack the current set piece coach!
I'm now not convinced RDZ is going anywhere now. Over the last 3 months I think the rest of the football and indeed Albion fans have realised he's not the Messiah. That's notwithstanding the level of injuries, the extra games played with a smallish squad and losing two brilliant midfielders. I think tactically there's a feeling that we've been found out a little. Our plan A was superb last year and is undoubtedly attractive to watch. However, this year the defensive risk elements of plan A have been exposed and we have have no Plan B against the low block particularly with the loss of pace in Mitoma and March. I'm not convinced the top English clubs like the risk elements of our main game plan. Temperament wise his sometimes over the top passion and outspokenness in recent pressers might put people off. Here I'm thinking regularly getting yellow carded and the hints in interviews that he could be off as he doesn't feel the club have backed him enough in the transfer market. Obviously he's conveniently forgotten that Fati and Dahoud were his signings and not from Tony's algorithms. Perhaps the biggest risk might be if a prestigious Italian club fancies him. Should he go I'm sure Tony and Paul will have a plan. After all we all went Graham who?, Roberto who? :) I hope he stays as I love his passion compared to the dull Potter. We just need to make some key signings without breaking our wage structure
@@perrytatler9966 That is true.I hope we can pick up some more youngsters with potential this Summer. The day will come when wages wont be a problem.I am Sure that day will come.
As a fan, I'm not interested to see how the suits have financially benefitted. Maybe put some finances back into the club so next season isn't like this season

Will he stay or will he go now?At the end of the day its about money less than Trust.
@@DEFENDER-lx2hs he’ll stay but if he goes…it’s £12m in the bank and the club will have a succession plan….trust the club 👍

It's all going well bar the injuries, perhaps the next big investment should be in sports medicine.

I still think we need another 8 players so we have 3 Good players for each slot,so injurious not such a problem.
We all do
But we can’t afford that in wage

Clueless comment! Perhaps you could've loaned the club £406m, and still be out of pocket to the tune of £283m???
