If there was something else I'd suggest adding it would be to go to Google maps and zooming in and posting a link under the video. Keep up the good work you are really selling Portugal very well. One day I'd love to get back to my farming roots but given that I'm already near the age my father retired I have to be realistic.

Im moving to Castelo Branco in the next 12 months and have already started looking for properties. I’ve enjoyed watching some of your video to get a feel of the place. It would be good if you made a video explaining the buying process (notary/conveyancing etc) and the business set up for running a working farm.

Hi Joseph, Do you know much return in terms of Euros expected every year if this is bought and someone can do the maintenance and harvest for eg. present farmers? The reason for asking is to make this as investment now for future plan to move in but still visit when we can for holiday.

That property is a dream. I love figs and wine too. Do you need building permits to add onto that structure? Whats the typical sqr ft cost for building a stone house there?
Have you thought of growing some Moringa plants ?, they grow quickly and you can eat them too, they are good for you.
That's a nice size plot. Would you need planning permission to extend it a bit and or make larger windows/doors?

Do you know much return in terms of Euros expected every year if this is bought and someone can do the maintenance and harvest for eg. present farmers? The reason for asking is to make this as investment now for future plan to move in but still visit when we can for holiday.

I answer all these questions, normally via email, but I actually answer most of them in the video itself, price for example on the video you were watching at the time, it was in the thumbnail, verbally spoken in the video and also in the description.
