Nick Walker has an undoubtedly big gut - that is getting worse. Phil Heath was one of the best bodybuilders out there. He left the scene due to having such a distended midsection. Just saying

Emir is supposedly 20lbs heavier than when he came shredded out of his mind when he took 2nd place behind Roman Fritz. And his conditioning seems on point now as well.

That same level of Nick’s confidence had him losing to Samson Dauda in the Arnold Classic.
Justin Rod needs to work it out with AJ Sims so he can get that conditioning back.
