In school, we have to study unnececery subjects and math is hard.

Do a video on how to deal with your periods in the middle of school
my tip to you is that you should always have a stash of pads/tampons in your backpack at all times and also to time when you will need to change it if your teacher doesn't allow you to use the bathroom
Get a couple of nice make up bags, one for your bag and one for your locker, put in a change of underwear, 3 or 4 pads, 3 or 4 tampons, some small plastic bags ( in case there is an accident and you need to remove bloody underwear and keep it in your bag) and some wet wipes. If you can, keep some yoga pants in your locker in case of an accident.

Lets be honest, having your period at school is the worst struggle known to womankind... especially when it comes to cramps and you're not allowed to get any pain relief pills unless you walk to the nurses office because it's against the rules to carry anything pill-related in your backpack.
Neens Kay My school doesn't prohibit painkillers and other medication, however you could try and put the pills into a cleared out compact powder box. I used to do this all the time to discreetly carry my medications around.
I take painkillers to school just don't go around showing them or take them in front of people.. they don't have to know you have them

You're an adult and they don't care, just don't be popping them continuously and make a big scene but if you're in pain or forgot to take your birth control or other prescribed pill at the set time, just do it and get back to work LOL.
I didnt give af about the rule bc the school nurse(s) are stingey & usless. I always keep a small pouch of pills, band aids, & etc. so i wont have to waste my time going to the nurse just to be shooed back to class.
