To answer your question: I think a good tutorial is a combination of your videos (explanation text and a bit of showing) with default tutorials (showing the process of the animation).

GunShot around 20 usually. Just depends on how lazy I'm feeling haha, 18 still looks pretty smooth to me
Waaaaa when I try 20 it looks janky af and I usually do 33 o.o
just takes some practice :) a little easing and timing goes a long way
