@@williamtaudien Let is know if you need funding to continue bro... Love your videos... Family & I literally wait each night to see if you are dropping a new video! Btw, be careful in BC... I was there 20yrs ago & it was impossible to leave:)
A college buddy and I took the overnight ferry from La Paz to Mazatlan back in 1986. We opted for a room with 4 bunks -- the beds would not pass your bounce test, but they were comfortable enough to sleep throughout the 14 hour trip. If I recall, the cost was about $18 each. We started our trip the day before in Tijuana (TJ) on a Tres Estrellas bus, and rode through the night down the Baja penninsula. Three bus drivers on rotation -- one driver, one spotter looking out for wildlife and cattle on the highway (open grazing throughout Baja), and one guy sleeping on a mattress in the luggage compartment under the bus. We stayed awake all night listening to a mix of Pedro Vargas, Mariachi music, and Elvis blaring from the driver's boombox. Good times!
Maria is the love of your life bro... There’s a saying in Canada that says, “Piss or get off the pot”... Meaning, don’t miss your opportunity bro... Our whole family loves your videos & keep up the great work
People like traveling at night because you can ignore time. You get the boat on Mazatlan, fall asleep, and wake up in BCS. Most people travel at night for that reason, companies use the slogan "you'll be there in the blink of an eye", it refers to falling sleep and waking up at your destination.
In '82 I remember staying at a hotel, which had once been a convent and getting bitten by bedbugs. I remember complaining about them and the maintenance guy was there in no time with no mask, and with a pump sprayer, the old fashioned kind with the canister at the end of the pump, spraying pesticide around the room and outside of the room. Those were some crazy times. I'm enjoying listening to your experiences and reflecting back on my own travels there.
you are doing good bro, just don't mention the word "cartels" it could not only demonetize you, it suppresses you in the algorithm and search results, meaning your videos get suggested less, just say "local gangs crossing the border" and mention it as briefly as possible,
Great camera! Good audio! Thanks for all of the details. Drone footage of La Paz was excellent! 5 star BED!! Watching from Los Angeles, CA Thank you. Steve Miller
You always get the best drone footage! Cheers man, Baja California Sur looks epic. Was in Tijuana before but never below that on the peninsula. Looks great!
How is TJ? My adult son is adamant we go there to find a cheap dentist, even tho we already been to Los Algodones below Yuma AZ, and know a place, but he thinks its going to be better there, and I know he just wants to go there to party.
Baja California shares winter with California so probably still a little cold. Cant wait for the Cabo episode. Try and swim in the water if you can please
William if you get a chance, please check out San Jose del Cabo. If you are there on Thursday night you can check the Art Walk. San Jose was 1st place I visited in Mexico and still have fund memories of Los Cabos
This video reminds me when for the first time in my life got on the ferry to la Paz , then to Cabo San Lucas. I remember I paid $450 pesos many years ago.. Good video! I would love to see more videos
Omg so many things to say about this video... what a weird boat trip and your new friend may have been a vampire 👀😳😅 I totally plan on going on a world cruise you were talking about! So cool. I was laughing at your bed bounce. That one was very bouncy. You’re too funny. 😂 IMO riviera maya is way better than Cabo 😎 thanks for the video. It was great 👍
As usual, excellent video! Once you rest, you are going to enjoy your stay in La Paz. It is small and beautiful city with lots to places to visit good food and dining seafood restaurants. It's people are very nice. Sorry to know about your accident you had long time ago. Please take good care and go easy with your dives. You have a good attitude towards life and a fine sense of humor. Take care and thank you for sharing.
Nice video, and the warning about the ferry, I had my suspicions. I find that I need to stay in a town for a couple months to fall into the groove of life and savor the essence. Enjoy your dash through Baja. :)

@@alexalejandro2910 I did the trip (in October/November) from Mazatlán to Puerto Vallarta to Manzanillo to Zihuatanejo to Acapulco then to Puerto Escondido. I really should have gone to Huatulco, but I took almost a month to do my trip and needed to get my breath! It was a very fun trip - and fairly easy except when the bus from Acapulco to Puerto Escondido changed their hours on me :)
We love watching your Videos William, cause we get to see other places in Mexico. But our favorite is Ixtapa. Hope you get get a chance to check it out as well as Ixtapa Island. Keep up the great work.
My favorite Beach resort is Puerto Vallarta. I just love the green vegetation and how homes and hotels are nestled on the mts. The water in Cancun may be prettier and clear though.
Please go to ‘Todos Santos’... That’s where the Eagles Band wrote their famous song “Hotel California” but be forewarned, you may never leave Todos Santos also... Their actual hotel is in the town & would make for a great video & visit...
It was great seeing what taken the ferry to La Paz is like. I always wondered about the process. Looooong trip! Your videos are fun to watch, and very informational.
Wow 🤩 the water is so beautiful in La Paz but I would miss the jungle. I get sea sick as well it’s not fun and ruins a lot of good times 🤢 thx for sharing! La Paz looks like a quiet sleepy town can’t wait to see the next vid!
Do not, I repeat DO NOT miss Balandra Beach!!!! Peaceful and honestly one of the best beaches we've ever visited. Make sure to eat at Mariscos El Toro Güero 😁✌🏼
The reason of the high ferry cost is because low demand, many people in Mexico prefers to use airplane between Mazatlan and Baja California (also because is faster), Ferry is mainly if you have a car to move between those 2 cities. Note both Bajas states are considered bordering states so that is why they ask many questions when arrive there, it is like entering Mexico again.
Great insight! We were looking into price of ferry from Mazatlan to Laz and decided to go by plane, which is cheaper and quicker. Have a good time in California Baja Sur
It’s a lot cheaper to sail round the world on a cargo ship they have nice apartments in the accommodation tower. There is some risk as pirates or simply sinking is a possibility but I’ve known a couple of people who swear by it. Incidentally I’m glad to see your viewership continues to increase.Safe travels!
I feel like you didn´t like the Ferry too much!! wellnow I know that Ferris are not a good option!! Anyway La Paz seems to be a very nice place!! looks promising!! grretings William!!
Hi William, Saludos again from Atlanta, Ga. Glad to see you made another video. I was worried since you had cracked the screen on your camera. We’re you able to fix it completely? I was trying to gather support for you to get it fixed. Anyway, let me know. Great video as usual, hopefully you didn’t feel too bad on the ferry. Hopefully, they open the beaches ... too bad they were closed. Great bed, get some rest for tomorrow where you can explore La Paz. Thanks for taking us with you on your adventures. Take Care My Friend. Looking forward to your next video.
