The overall tour of the apartment would have been more impressive if only all the curtains were drawn, unveiling the beautiful skyline. It would have enhanced the whole walk through experience. Perhaps you wanted to do a grand unveiling of the balcony. I got that. But in doing so, you minimised the impact of what could have been a beautiful indoor wrapped by a wonderful view. Just my 2 cents worth... Great job, nevertheless.
I was about to come over to the Philippines and rent this apartment, but when you said "there is no pool sayang." I decided it wasn't worth it. And the only time the apartment is cool is up stairs when you are overlooking the dining room otherwise it is a very warm apartment and I would sweat too much.

I personally do not want to live in a warm apartment in the Philippines since it is so dang hot there. I want aircon and a cool apartment.
