Would you be at all willing to sell any of these? I'm looking for three SDS9 pads in particular.
@@MykeLewisMusic these are SDS seven, five, nine. You will not enjoy playing the fives , 8’s or the sevens. Hold out and stay on eBay looking for a set of nines. You may have to get them in different colors, but you can use auto body wrap and change the color to one. Really Try to Hold out for the sds9 pads. Cheers Mate :) 🏴☠️ The only ones I would sell for my Simmons kits is my SDS seven pads. I’ve got four pads andthe kick pad with that pad set. They’re the only ones in their original color But they had issues. cracked shells and, I’ve been replacing the triggers, inside.
@@doubledeucedrums I've got three SDS9s already in all black as of this week, in immaculate condition. I'm happy with 'em! The ones currently on ebay are all in pretty rough shape (with the cracked shells, etc, like you mentioned). I want to find three more to complete my master plan of world domination.

Thanks Hammer. I’m starting to learn that I cannot play in October or November and March and April. My hands and body will not let me without a revolt. That no doctor can explain. I cannot ever forgive Van Halen for using digital drums on OU812 album, I still wish someone would re-record that entire album using normal regular drums... on the 1984 album too, why WHYYYYYY 🤣

Wow, really cool idea, my friend! You actually gave me some great advise when I was looking for my first couple of Simmons pads a little while ago, and now, I probably couldn’t fit my collection to any wall of my home anymore… 😄 Collecting these hexagonal beauties is almost some kind of an addiction, and I really have to pace myself not to buy every single one I’m finding online. I’m just glad I’m not the only crazy guy out there… 🤣 Love your creativity, man! It’s really inspiring! Rock on! 😃👍🥁
Very cool man. I’m glad I inspired. I’ve actually been working on an idea , to use the shells around like a Roland pd7 pad. @simmonsdrums. The cats at Simmons should holler at me. I have so many fun ideas they could use. There’s something to that shape, being a platonic solid. These things have style.
