No one played the Evil Queen Better than Lana Parilla in the first season of Once Upon a Time! What she did with the Evil Queen was truly amazing! She by far is my Favorite Evil Queen. In that version she hated Snow White because as a child Snow White told a secret that got her True Love killed, which led to her marrying Snow White's father!!!! Now to answer your question on how she learned her magic...the Slave in the Mirror of course!!!!! She was basically in contact with another realm...he would have had all the knowledge on Sorcery and how to go about it in the natural realm!
@@garrett2170 the Queen Regina mills was BORN with her powers in ONCE upon a time show season of course but I don't know about this old evil Queen so ur correct buddy she is WRONG!!!
Regarding how she came across her magic powers. The "Fairest of them All" book gives a great story on how she came into her powers. Three relatives of the king convince (who turn out to be sister witches) a vulnerable Queen to turn to magic along with presenting her with the magic mirror. I love that, because the witches also appear in Serena's other books of other Disney characters.
I personally love the Serena Valentino book. It gave me a whole new perspective on the Evil Queen, since I never thought of her to be all that interesting of a villain. Now whenever I watch Snow White, I keep the book in mind, and it helps me to see the Queen as a much more dimensional character. I also like the way you pointed out how the Queen is meant to be the opposite of Snow White's pure, sweet nature. I never really thought of that before.
me too. Regina was good though deep down. None of that would have happened, if snow didn't reveal her secret about daniel to her mom who then ripped his heart out.
My all time favorite Disney character and Villain!! Loved The Evil Queen all my life since I was like three. While other kids were scared of her I adored her. Long live The Evil Queen.
what was evil queen like as a child was she kind hearted like snow white did she go through a dark past that had something to do with her becoming so evil and cruel?
that's what happened in once upon a time. she had an evil, controlling mother, and had a secret boyfriend. snow white told her mother about her boyfriend, and he was killed. from then on, the queen vowed revenge against snow white
Yeah, like he said in the video, the book 'fairest of them all' and in the TV show 'Once upon a Time' the queen has had a really dark past which led to her doing what she did. I haven't read the book but in 'Once Upon a Time' her cruel and wicked mother always wanted her to become just like her, killed her fiance and told her to blame Snow White for it, pushing her buttons and manipulating her, this however fails and the Queen, locks her mother in another realm, but then as Rumpelstiltskin teaches her magic he also manipulates her and he destroys the last bit of hope she had that she would ever be happy, an this is when she truly becomes evil, however about 35 years later she finds redemption and slowly changes into the better.
In Once Upon a Time the queen started out as a very sweet girl but then her fiancé was murdered by her sociopath of a mother and she kind of went insane…
I like how The Land of Stories books portray the Queen. Basically, there was this evil fairy that trapped her true love in a mirror. She found out that the longer the guy was in there, the more he forgot about his past and self. So, in order to retain the memory of her true love while she tried to find a way to free him, she used all sorts of potions and stuff to keep herself looking the way she did when they fell in love. (I should also point out that the same evil fairy let the Queen have a literal heart of stone in order to cope with her loss, so not all bad here. She also had an array of magic mirrors, there was just one that her love was trapped in.). However, this wouldn't last long. Snow White somehow got seen by the mirror, and due to the Queen aging, Snow looked more like her when she was younger. The Queen finds out about this, and becomes enraged. So, Snow was to be killed, but 0 attempts worked, and the Queen eventually had to flee. However, she was caught and put into the dungeon. The Queen was told that the mirror was broken, and begins grieving, even though she has a literal heart of stone. The former Queen then finds that the mirror hasn't been broken, and she then retreats to an abandoned castle to continue her work. There was this spell that granted a wish to whoever collected certain objects. The spell could only be used twice, and it had already been used once. She would use that spell to free her one true love. It was too late by then, and the guy lost so much of himself that he was unable to live. The Queen, heartbroken, weeps with the corpse of the one she loved in her arms, and then gets trapped in the mirror herself when it falls on her. Her fate is to be trapped there and forget everything while being oblivious to the fact that her true love is dead. I don't know how, but it's been two years without reading the book, and I somehow remember this almost perfectly.
Queen: "Magic mirror on the wall, who is the fairest one of all?" Magic Mirror: "That would be Two Face." Queen: "Two-who the hell is Two Face?!" Magic Mirror: "He flips a coin. 50/50. A fair chance in every situation. Therefore he is the fairest one of-" Queen: "No you imbecile! Who is the prettiest?!" Magic Mirror: "The pettiest one of all is Jar Jar Binks of the galaxy far far-" Queen: "NOT THE PETTIEST-Jesus Christ......THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ONE OF ALL?!?!" Magic Mirror: "The most beautiful one of all is Bob Ross." Queen: "Who....Is...Bob..ROSS?!" Magic Mirror: *Morphs into The Joy of Painting* "Hi. I'm Bob Ross...And today we are going to be painting the evil witches castle up on the hill." Queen: *clenches fist*
The Evil Queen is the most legendary of all the Disney villains. I am not ashamed to say that her transformation scene absolutely terrified me as a kid. However I always wonder how is it that she was magical powers. the Evil Queen is a villain lead by pure vanity but she already was power, and wealth. I looked over one of your previous video about fairy godmothers and I think that Spirit of the Mirror is the one that granted her magic, similar to how Genie made Jafar an all-powerful sorcerer or at least tutored her in the dark magic. Could the Spirit in the mirror be similar to the Genie or some other form of trapped magical creature. Great Vid dude, you never disappoint, Awesome.
The evil queen's transformation creeped the hell out of me out as a kid. It still gives me chills to this day! Edit: thanks for going into detail about the Brothers' Grimm version of the fairytale. Much appreciated.
She is a villain I have been wanting to do for a really long time. Trust me this villain full story is one I am really excited to create. Thanks for watching!
Charlize Theron's portrayal of Queen Ravenna has become one of the best portrayals of the Evil Queen. Cold, calculating, and unapologetic - She grew up in a poor village, begging for scraps with her family just to survive. Just before her mother was killed by the king's forces upon ravaging the village, her mother bestowed upon Ravenna great power that revolved around her beauty. Should another more beautiful than her arise, she would lose all her powers. Which is why she was so obsessed with being the fairest of them all - to keep her power and to fuel her hatred towards Kings and men for killing her family.
This is really good. But I was wondering if it's possible to do a video in regards to the spirit of the Evil Queen's Magic Mirror. I've always wondered on the spirit's identity and how the spirit got into the mirror in the first place (or if he has always been in the mirror ). I apologize if it's too much trouble, and thank you so much in advance. With sincere regards, ~Songbird Rebel
There´s also the Once Upon a Time version. I know they changed a lot of stories, but still, i really love that version of the Evil Queen. In that show, the Magic Mirror was a genie, the King (Snow White father) found the lamp and his two first wishes were " i wish the genie to be free" and "i wish that the genie has the third wish" because the king said that he had all that he can wish for. Then he invited the genie to the palace and he fall in love with Regina (the Evil Queen) and she fool him to help her kill the King and told him she would run away with him, but it really was to frame him of the murder. So then he used the last wish saying "i wish to be able to be by your side and look at your face forever" but because as always the genie wishes don´t always work as you want them to, the magic of the lamp ended up sealing him in the mirror.
in the land of stories series the man was her lover but was trapped in there by a corrupt person *cough* maleficent *cough* and losses a bit of who he was/is each day.
Doesn't fairest mean the palest? So it makes sense that snow white is the fairest. Snow white skin. Maybe the magic mirror took it too literally. Whilst the evil queen took being fair as being beautiful and the magic mirror took it as pale. Is that possible.
The Evil Queens backstory in Once Upon a time is way better because it is more realistic and actually fleshes her out more and gives her more layers, she's not just Evil for the sake of it.
I REALLY loved Regina as the evil queen! 😍 She IS the fairiest at this serie and have the best changing in the story. But I'm REALLY obsessed that she didn't get her really happy ending like I wished for her. 😔 I love the evil queen since snow white and the huntsman the movie came out.
My favorite version is the one from Once Upon A Time Lana portrayed young evil and ring Regina/Evil Queen so well and the writers gave her a very sympathetic backstory on how and why she became evil. And also her struggle and way to redemption and I was so glad in the end when she became queen of all the realms
In the original Grimms Fairy Tale from 1812, The evil queen is actually Snow White’a biological mother, this was changed to stepmother in a later edition in 1819 explaining Snow White’s mother died in childbirth and her father remarrying- The reason why the Grimm Brothers changed it was because they felt it wasn’t a good image at the time of a mother attempting to kill her own child, and mothers were seen as sacred back then, the same occurred to Hansel and Gretel in which the original first edition story had them having a wicked mother but in later editions this was changed to stepmother
I think the Evil Queen learned magic in order to become beautiful and preserve her beauty. In the old days when dowries were a thing, to marry a rich husband you needed a big dowry, or a small dowry and beauty. Women who were plain but married to rich husbands would often find themselves being cheated on. The husband would find a pretty tavern wench or hire an attractive scullery maid, and devote his romantic energy to her instead of his wife. Sacrificing your soul and doing horrible things for beauty is a very recurrent theme, and even has real historical examples such as Lady Elizabeth Bathory
While Snow White always creeped me out, I always got confused when people said they liked Queen Grimhilde. Growing up, I now realize her icy looks combined with her energetic personality are more contagious than the coronavirus. Also, it's not her fault the Magic Mirror is a virgin...
When I was a kid, and they did a re-release of Snow White, I always thought that the evil queen was unarguably more beautiful than Snow White. However, Snow White was also quite lovely. And her kindness and warmth is what made the Magic Mirror see her as being more beautiful. At least that was, and is, my take on it.
The evil queen was one of my favourite Disney villains ever! Mostly because I believe that it is great the first Disney villain, who is a woman that is very strong, crafty and determined to be the best. And I always had this fanfiction or head canon idea to her past, that had lend to being who she is today. I always thought a young age Grimhilde was insecure I was not given a lot of love and attention, and was treated poorly by her parents which made her very sad and lonely. One day she came across enchanted mirror that sensed that she was insecurity and sadness. I had thought that maybe the mirror was cursed, and it poisoned her mind by giving her what she wanted but also corrupted her. The mirror praised her and gave her confidence and self admiration but in a very shallow way. While the mirror gave her the love and attention that she's always wanted it also brought out her insanity. I thought maybe she was a young princess Who later became dark, cruel and vain.
And all this time, I wondered why Snow White's story was the focal point of so many movies and OUAT. I remember thinking it was so boring as a kid. There is so much depth to this story. No wonder OUAT had so much material. I need to watch this again!
Dude I love the Evil Queen and Your Channel and I know I Haven't Commented Lately but Just Know I Still Watch You... As Always Keep Up the Good Work....
Have you guys heard the theory that gothel is actually the evil queen. In the theory it said the queen survived the boulder and then found the flower. Another thing that connects the ttwo is their obsession with beauty. I don't honestly believe the theory, but I still think it's a cool idea. Anyways, great video Isaac! Keep up the great work 😊
There's rumors that the evil queens appearance was based on Joan Crawford's on the time. And there are some MGM publicity pictures of Joan while making Letty Lynton that do looking uncannily like the evil queen.
One of my mom's favorite stories to tell is how when I was very young she took me to a local theater which was showing Disney's Snow White. I was fine until the Queen fell off the cliff, at which point I became inconsolable and needed taken out of the theater. Mom was confused and after asked why I was so upset; I told her it was because unlike Snow White, the Queen was really dead.
Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarves is very rich on a symbolic level. As Isaac mentions here, Snow White and her stepmother are antithetical archetypes. This abundance of symbolism largely explains why Disney's first animated movie has remained so thoroughly beloved.
The symbolism doesn't stop with the opposing archetypes represented by the villain and protagonist. Consider the potion... The Queen's disguise symbolizes her inner monstrosity (as everyone already knows). Since the Queen only took on her new appearance *after* she drank the potion, we can regard said potion as a symbol of how she became so wicked. It's no accident that the potion's color looks toxic! (Even the colors of the ingredients looked toxic.)
I might add that the face in the mirror is composite of symbols all on its own. From the cheekbones down, it's a nauseated green, symbolizing how the Queen poisons herself emotionally and spiritually. Note the empty eye sockets, too...
Some ppl are saying that they find the Evil Queen to be more beautiful than Snow White. I think it’s just a matter of taste (tho that point may be obvious). Snow White’s beauty is youthful and angel-like. As said in the video, her appearance reflects her innocent and pure character. There are those who love being around these kind of “naive” (for a lack of a better word) characters. They’re refreshing, sometimes amusing to watch, and, as some ppl would put it, [you’d] get an urge to want to protect them and be by their side. The Evil Queen’s beauty, on the other hand, is mature and elegant. Yes she is aging, but you could also say that could give her the upper hand. She has that sophisticated way of carrying herself due to experience. And hey, quite a bit of ppl prefer older ppl precisely b/c they’re more experienced, so they know what they’re doing. They’re in two different categories, so how can anyone pit their appearance and ambience against the other when it’ll come down to subjective preferences.
I know I've said this before but please can you do a theory on if Jesse's past owner is Andy's mom from toy story. I mean it makes sense because Andy has the cowboy hat, and Andy's mom sees jesse and looks like she recognises her but doesn't say anything. Maybe she was ashamed that she left Jesse behind. Idk. Like if you agree
It's funny how her method of getting closer to being fairest in the land involved transformation from a potion that caused her to get farther away from being fairest in the land
The evil queen has been referenced in the 2007 Disney movie “Enchanted”. The difference is in that movie, the evil queen had a name, Narissa. When Prince Edward found out about what Narissa did to Gisselle, he threatens to report her treachery to whole land of Andalasia in an attempt to remove Narissa from the throne forever.
I have a different take on the Evil Queen. I think her motives to get rid of Snow White are less about vanity and more political. She married a king, wanting power ( how did he die btw????). As Snow White gets closer to being of age she becomes a threat. If the queen gets married first (to royalty of course), she can have a child of her own, she can very firmly keep herself on the throne with an heir. However, if Snow White grows up prettier than the Queen, Royal Suiters will go for her instead of the queen and can displace the queen since Snow White is the legitimate heir to the throne.
there was another alternative to the story, but it involves the 7 dwarves being replaced with 7 Bandits. in the movie Snow White: a tale of terror, staring Sigourney Weaver as the evil queen. I actually enjoyed this version personally, because Snow was more expected to defend herself, and didn't fall for a handsome prince, but rather a scared and reluctant bandit who (if I remember correctly) had a hard time thinking he deserved love due to his ugly past and the scars he now bares due to said past.
interesting side note, the old comic page shown here holds to the "mirror, Mirror..." version of the invocation spell that most people identify with rather than the "MAGIC mirror..." that seems the "current" official line. This discrepancy is attributed to the "Mandela Effect."
the thing is - in the original fairytale it's always "mirror mirror", only Disney changed it to "Magic mirror" for whatever reason, I'm guessing it sounded more dramatic? idk
If you want more Evil Queen in real life version, go watch Fatima Lakhani's youtube channel. Fatima often went on to Disneyland and meet lots of disney characters & record it. Recently the Evil Queen went viral because of how terrific the cast-member doing her improv as the Evil Queen. She has a pair of big bright blue eyes, so much sassiness, dont feel any guilty to drag the visitors at all. In this movie, the Evil Queen is so horrific to be near her presence but unlike the one in Disneyland. People can't get enough of her & so lovely but mean at the same time. She had done a terrific acting skills. You guys should watch her❤
Her story (in Once Upon a Time): Regina’s mom was obsessed with power and also could use magic. Her dream was to make Regina a queen. Regina was in love with a stable boy named Daniel, but she kept it a secret because she knew her mom would never approve. One day when Snow White was ten years old, she nearly got killed by a horse but Regina saved her life. The two became very close. When Snow’s father (the king) found out that Regina saved his daughter’s life, he proposed to her. Her mom (Cora) forced her to say yes. Regina was planning to run away with Daniel so she wouldn’t have to get married. One night Snow walked in on Regina and Daniel kissing and started freaking out. Regina explained to Snow that she couldn’t help that she was in love with someone else and that the king is a great man, but she didn’t love him. She then asked Snow to please keep this a secret and above all, DO NOT tell Cora (her mom). Snow agreed that she could keep this secret. Unfortunately Cora manipulated Snow into telling her by saying things like “Oh, I would do anything for my daughter’s happiness” and “I don’t want her to lose me like you lost your mother”. When Cora found out about their relationship she murdered Daniel by crushing his heart with magic. After this she told Regina that “Love is Weakness”. That was the day Regina became the Evil Queen. It was out of heartbreak, not because some stupid mirror said Snow White was prettier than her.
I really want to do that! I was thinking about doing that soon, but the problem is that I think DuckTales will explain them. Maybe once we learn more about them in the show. I could just go for it before hand though. Thanks for watching!
Osher Shimon I've always said! Also if you pay attention she has more than one skeleton! She killed the king and her huntsman! I also think Lady Tremaine killed Cinderella's father.
@@bigbaby8087 OMG Yeah!!! If Grimhilde'z bin ey'in' Snow White's dad fr long, so y nad!? Maybe she figured out a way to poison her mom n played the victim n seduced the King!? 😱!!!
A bit of trivia: The Wizard of Oz was partly influenced by Snow White's success. In fact, they cast glamorous actress Gale Sondergaard to play the Wicked Witch of the West as a beautiful woman who looked very much like the Wicked Queen. When they decided that the young audience needed the Witch to be ugly, Gale did some screen tests in the "ugly" makeup (shots of both versions exist), but decided she didn't want to play an ugly character, so they cast Margaret Hamilton, and the rest is history.
My thoughts: the Evil Queen really is Snow White's mother, not stepmother, as awful as she is. The family resemblance is very, very strong, and Snow White innocently does magic at various points in the movie, although she's clearly not even trying to do it, nor is she aware that's what it is. As a queen, she will be a witch no less powerful than her mother, but with a sweet and kindly temperament, and the Fairy Godmother is in fact Snow White as an old crone. Calling her a "fairy godmother" is in fact a euphemism, because one does not accuse a queen of witchcraft.
mine is that the evil queen used to be a hated magician and she found a book of spells that belonged to an evil witch and that’s how she learned dark magic
What do you think of the fan-theory, which says not only did the Evil Queen survive her fall from the cliff, but also that she took on a new disguise/name and became Mother Gothel from "Tangled"?
Danielle Musella I thought of this theory earlier and i contacted super carlin brothers but they didnot take me seriously 😒 and havent even minchend it i am glad you like it
This is my favourite theory. Maybe the tunnels that Rapunzel and Flynn run through to escape mother gothel were the mines and (a long stretch) maybe the ugly duckling pub was the seven dwarves cottage?
Fun fact: Very early in production, the Prince was meant to have a fleshed-out subplot with the queen. After he and Snow’s duet, she kidnaps the prince and locks him in her dungeon. After her transformation, the queen was going to gloat to the prince about her plan to kill Snow, and then begin flooding the dungeon to kill him. Somehow, Snow’s animal friends would've helped him out, he would fight the guards and make a daring escape to go save Snow. The idea was scrapped because it was deemed too difficult to animate, but the idea would be used later down the line in Sleeping Beauty. Also at one point, it was going to be indicated that one of the skeletons in the dungeon was also a prince (who apparently would've been named Oswald who Walt Disney had lost the rights to).
Here is my answer it the question. The evil queen was once a fairy godmother who turned evil and power hungry at some point in her life. I say this because in on of your other videos you said she was gifted with the magic mirror by a fairy godmother, but if she was her own fairy godmother and used the mirror and her magic for dark purposes.
I always get so excited when people respond to my comments on videos. I like communicating with people and getting to hear their thoughts. Thanks for watching!
I think I know how the Evil Queen was thought magic because in once open a time she gets the sleeping death potion from Maleficent that she ends up using it on Show White and maybe she asked her for the sleeping death potion because she probably thought her magic.
What I love about the Evil Queen is how very....straight forward her character design and depiction is. She's very evil- obsessed with killing her stepdaughter out of jealousy. That's it. Point A to point B and somehow she became so iconic lol my personal favorite villain is Frollo because he is legitimately evil like the queen but more driven by his twisted morals of divine justice :)
Interesting thing about your ending statement, "Have a magical day!" I have been told by current and former Disney cast members that telling a guest to have a magical day , especially if they're being a Karen, basically means (Bleep) you!

Um, wouldn't it have been quicker and easier to just use a potion or spell to make yourself the fairest one of all?
That's a good point.
Or make the same "old hag" potion and slip it to SNOW WHITE instead! The "fairest one in the land" question would be settled instantly.
Do realize its not that easy...
I feel like it could have been that simple, but she had been overcome by her jealousy. So it was a combo of her wanting to be the fairest, & her rage towards Snow White. She felt the need to harm Snow White.
I would guess she already did. But the potion could only change her outward appearance.

Yes, but the books are not canon. It's basically over-glorified fanfiction.
I personally love the Serena Valentino book. It gave me a whole new perspective on the Evil Queen, since I never thought of her to be all that interesting of a villain. Now whenever I watch Snow White, I keep the book in mind, and it helps me to see the Queen as a much more dimensional character. what was evil queen like as a child was she kind hearted like snow white did she go through a dark past that had something to do with her becoming so evil and cruel?
that's what happened in once upon a time. she had an evil, controlling mother, and had a secret boyfriend. snow white told her mother about her boyfriend, and he was killed. from then on, the queen vowed revenge against snow white

Queen: "Magic mirror on the wall, who is the fairest one of all?"
Magic Mirror: "That would be Two Face."
Queen: "Two-who the hell is Two Face?!"
Magic Mirror: "He flips a coin. 50/50. A fair chance in every situation. Therefore he is the fairest one of-"
Queen: "No you imbecile! Who is the prettiest?!"
Magic Mirror: "The pettiest one of all is Jar Jar Binks of the galaxy far far-"
Queen: "NOT THE PETTIEST-Jesus Christ......THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ONE OF ALL?!?!"
Magic Mirror: "The most beautiful one of all is Bob Ross."
Queen: "Who....Is...Bob..ROSS?!"
Magic Mirror: *Morphs into The Joy of Painting* "Hi. I'm Bob Ross...And today we are going to be painting the evil witches castle up on the hill."
Queen: *clenches fist*
I love the psychology behind Snow White, it's like Brave but more nuanced.
Please do Cinderella's stepmother story
Can you do Lady Termaine's back story? Please?
Taylor Edwards yes
Taylor Edwards i subbed u man!
yes!!!!!!!!!!!!
With sincere regards,
~Songbird Rebel
I really want to do this! I'm very interested in the Magic Mirror! Thanks for watching!
@ Wotso Videos, Can you please do the Magic Mirror and how the masked man came to be?
There´s also the Once Upon a Time version. I know they changed a lot of stories, but still, i really love that version of the Evil Queen.
In that show, the Magic Mirror was a genie, the King (Snow White father) found the lamp and his two first wishes were " i wish the genie to be free" and "i wish that the genie has the third wish" because the king said that he had all that he can wish for.
Then he invited the genie to the palace and he fall in love with Regina (the Evil Queen) and she fool him to help her kill the King and told him she would run away with him, but it really was to frame him of the murder. So then he used the last wish saying "i wish to be able to be by your side and look at your face forever" but because as always the genie wishes don´t always work as you want them to, the magic of the lamp ended up sealing him in the mirror.
in the land of stories series the man was her lover but was trapped in there by a corrupt person
*cough* maleficent *cough* and losses a bit of who he was/is each day.
Songbird Rebel I think that is good idea👍
Doesn't fairest mean the palest? So it makes sense that snow white is the fairest. Snow white skin. Maybe the magic mirror took it too literally. Whilst the evil queen took being fair as being beautiful and the magic mirror took it as pale. Is that possible.
Then, the magic mirror is error
@@finaalfi5159 Yeah magic mirror is the real culprit and villain here
Watch Once Upon a Time you'll find The Evil Queen's full story there ! 😂
Luis Perez it is the best version of the evil queen
ashley griffith indeed it is. 😍❤
That’s a different adaption.
The most gorgeous evil queen we've ever seen
The Evil Queens backstory in Once Upon a time is way better because it is more realistic and actually fleshes her out more and gives her more layers, she's not just Evil for the sake of it.
Gosh, I've never actually realized how eerie the story of the evil queen is. She is very, very dark and rather... Scary.
I think Snow White believed the evil queen bc she was only 13 and gullible
@Brieanne She also played on Snow White's compassion...
14, not 13.
She wasn't speaking literally, @Ian Settlemyer; she was conveying the idea that Snow White was in her *early* teens.

I REALLY loved Regina as the evil queen! 😍 She IS the fairiest at this serie and have the best changing in the story. But I'm REALLY obsessed that she didn't get her really happy ending like I wished for her. 😔
I love the evil queen since snow white and the huntsman the movie came out.
I do too! Regina is such a complicated character and she's just awesome. Thanks for watching!
Yes! My prayers have been answered! This channel is everything!
I'm glad I can make these videos for people who really appreciate them and enjoy them like you! Thanks for watching!
Gina Hall that is a very interesting story. I enjoyed reading this comment.
Quite good view.. But..Telll us.. what happened with Lady Elizabeth Bathory???
While Snow White always creeped me out, I always got confused when people said they liked Queen Grimhilde. Growing up, I now realize her icy looks combined with her energetic personality are more contagious than the coronavirus. Also, it's not her fault the Magic Mirror is a virgin...
Yassss ONCE UPON A TIME!!!
Bonus fact:the evil queen says,"MAGIC mirror on the wall who is the fairest ONE OF ALL!!!"
I think you're right.
Can you do a full story on the horned king
For sure! It would be a pretty fun video to research. Thanks for watching!
The Horned King certainly gave me the creeps when I was a kid!
How dare you to be mean to evil queen 0:10
And all this time, I wondered why Snow White's story was the focal point of so many movies and OUAT. I remember thinking it was so boring as a kid. There is so much depth to this story. No wonder OUAT had so much material. I need to watch this again!
maybe the evil queen got her dark magic from her mother
Dude I love the Evil Queen and Your Channel and I know I Haven't Commented Lately but Just Know I Still Watch You... As Always Keep Up the Good Work....
No problem! Thanks for continuing to support the channel. Thanks for watching!
I personally think that the Evil Queen was taught by an evil wizard to use her dark powers which she was born with.
One of my mom's favorite stories to tell is how when I was very young she took me to a local theater which was showing Disney's Snow White. I was fine until the Queen fell off the cliff, at which point I became inconsolable and needed taken out of the theater. Mom was confused and after asked why I was so upset; I told her it was because unlike Snow White, the Queen was really dead.
the evil queen still creeps me out to this day
i loved this video and her story in the LAND OF STORIES
PLEASE DO LADY TREMAINES FULL STORY AND TELL US WHY SHE IS SO RUTHLESS AND CRUEL
Absolutely. She's an awesome villain! Thanks for watching!
Hey Issac, Do the Queen of Hearts full story
Will do. I definitely have to do that one.
Great job, a very thorough review. I hated the version with the red-hot shoes when I was a teen, especially because it was at Snow White's wedding
You guys should watch her❤
She is AMAZING!!!
@@Tionaintown876 right? I keep replay all of her videos! Kuddos to her!
Her story (in Once Upon a Time):
Regina’s mom was obsessed with power and also could use magic.
What was great was also the music themes and songs they used in Snow White and other classic Disney movies like Cinderella. So magical and tense
Can you do one of Huey, Dewey, and Louie knowing who their parents were.
@ Hi-Fi Dollie, Oooooh! YES!
I really want to do that! I was thinking about doing that soon, but the problem is that I think DuckTales will explain them. Maybe once we learn more about them in the show. I could just go for it before hand though. Thanks for watching!
Am I the only one who feels like the evil queen could have been a really great Hogwarts professor?
I think that the skeleton in her castle is the king #NotificationSquad
Osher Shimon Yes your right I think it is snow whites father the king I quite agree with you.
Osher Shimon I've always said! Also if you pay attention she has more than one skeleton! She killed the king and her huntsman! I also think Lady Tremaine killed Cinderella's father.
Very possible! That would make a lot of sense!! Thanks for watching!
Or the mom
The original fairy tale not in Disney version or later editions she was her biological mother.
mine is that the evil queen used to be a hated magician and she found a book of spells that belonged to an evil witch and that’s how she learned dark magic
What do you think of the fan-theory, which says not only did the Evil Queen survive her fall from the cliff, but also that she took on a new disguise/name and became Mother Gothel from "Tangled"?
I really like this theory. I think it's definitely possible. Thanks for watching!
Danielle Musella I thought of this theory earlier and i contacted super carlin brothers but they didnot take me seriously 😒 and havent even minchend it i am glad you like it
Oh damn that makes sense
This is my favourite theory. Maybe the tunnels that Rapunzel and Flynn run through to escape mother gothel were the mines and (a long stretch) maybe the ugly duckling pub was the seven dwarves cottage?
This is my favorite queen of all the Disney Queens, she was absolutely beautiful!!
I loved the story of 'Once upon a time', which focused on relatable realistic story of evil people
Fun fact: Very early in production, the Prince was meant to have a fleshed-out subplot with the queen.
Also at one point, it was going to be indicated that one of the skeletons in the dungeon was also a prince (who apparently would've been named Oswald who Walt Disney had lost the rights to).
the evil queens/regina mills story is pretty well explained in once upon a time where she learns most of her magic from her mother the queen of hearts
I can’t believe the evil queen could hate such a kind beautiful person like Snow White i love snow ❤️ she’s so beautiful and kind
I'm here because I took a "what Disney character are you" quiz and got the evil queen.
I think Lana Parrilla really made the Evil Queen a master piece! She has so much depth and pain, but yet love. It's crazy! She is an amazing actor!
This was an Incredible Video for The Original Disney Villain and My Tenth Favorite Disney Villain.
LOVE THIS SO MUCH!! When will you do a video on Lady Tremaine? x
I'm happy you liked it! And MOST DEFINITELY! Thanks for watching!
I love the Evil Queen, Ursula, Maleficent and now, Cruella❤️
Regina the evil queen!
She was a woman in STEM, a woman of her time, that's why I love her.

NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERD!
The queen was far more beautiful than Snow White. Snow was just younger. The queens face was sculpted and her eyes were beautiful!
Me whenever I hear someone mentioning “Once Upon A Time” in a video: “🤯😍”, I just love Regina, in my opinion she is the best Evil Queen ever!!!
I can’t wait for Gal Gadot to play Evil queen
Do it about the surnames of villans
Interesting thing about your ending statement, "Have a magical day!" I have been told by current and former Disney cast members that telling a guest to have a magical day , especially if they're being a Karen, basically means (Bleep) you!
