Looks like there are few changes in the new model. The new model doesn't have blanket hooks, side pocket is larger with mesh, etc. Can't find any video on the new design.

Actually "Tu-le" - the "u" sound is like in "use" and "le" is like in the beginning of "levitate". It is an ancient word to describe the countries/land in the far north (the brand is Swedish).
