Removing Linoleum Sheet Flooring from Concrete - Part 1

It's time to tackle removing the Basement Linoleum Floor, which is glued directly to concrete. I rented an EDCO Floor Scraper from a local rental company to aid in this task. It makes quick work of removing the top plastic layer, but the bottom paper layer, not so much!
