What does it make to call 5 days. Absolutely no sense metros are crowded and there is technology available jo kaam ghar sey ho sakta hai uske liye dhakke kyun khilaa rahe ho develop karna hai hai to kuch intelligent karo. Vision are not in alignment with today technology social capital key liye 2 din bas hai. No water completely packed public transport and third class work life balance and the news reporter is boring aak for work from home

Seniors with 15+ years experience are treated like left overs in TCS. TCS is not interested to give right kind of training for the seniors of provide them with better promotions. All training programs meant for career growth will meet with a dead end, and employees will quite after wasting time for 1-2 years on those. This company has no problem giving a 30L package for an external hire with 7 years experience, but won't listen to a senior loyal staff (who is ready to reskill) asking for a 10% hike in his present 10L package. TCS is moving like a headless chicken. 😃
