I’ve seen it happen in my family. There are real risks to untreated ADHD. It’s important to take seriously. Thank you for this video!

I’m glad there are meds available to help. Just wish it was easier to find the right one.

@@ADHDDude the link isn’t working
@@ADHDDude it would be nice to get an answer to this question when you have a moment
Sorry wrong link, here you go: ua-cam.com/video/3Q5WJvHsdPk/v-deo.html
Medical practitioners also need this information. I find it frustrating and exhausting having to explain and debate with medical professionals who are still afraid that ADHD medication might turn kids into junkies. It would be nice to have a summarized worksheet designed for medical professionals that had all the relevant citations showing the research to support those recommendations so I could have it on me every time I walked into a doctor or therapist's office.
I'm still wondering where anyone is supposed to find primary care providers that are willing to treat ADHD.
Many are, that is the way the ADHD treatment model is going.
@@ADHDDude Sounds great in theory, but on the ground it feels more like a game of "hot potato" with kids being tossed in the air and no one there to catch them -- either because they're unwilling or because no one told them it was their responsibility to catch them.
I know :(
