- Let's officially start the year with the first villain of this year, in reality it was supposed to be the last one from last year, but I decided to bring him a little straight away to close these Christmas holidays with sweetness XD. Perospero is my third favorite One Piece villain and if you saw the previous video you know that he is also one of my favorite villains in general, the power is used in a crazy way and I like his personality and he is definitely my favorite son of Big Mom.

Gotta say I loved when his face was lacerated, I hope the scars last because it puts a sinister and serious edge to his saccharine candy man aesthetic.
The first time I saw Perospero, I immediately thought to myself, "So this is what it would look like if the Joker and Willy Wonka had a baby and fed him a steady diet of acid and candy."
In all seriousness though, this guy had some weirdly cool powers.
Something I find funny is that despite fans downplaying Big Mom pirates Perospero is more deserving a commander rank than most WB or BB commanders or any of the tobi roppo that wanted to be commanders

But let's face it, he just took a beating lol.
A rather sweet start to this season of villainy, I'd say.
Fun fact: Perospero’s devil fruit is based off a previous devil fruit that was used but the main antagonist of the One Piece Movie: Dead End Adventure, Gasparde. Though in the movie it was called the Candy Candy Fruit and not the Lick Lick Fruit.
This is amazing! Perospero is such an underrated villain in the one piece franchise.

Yo nice work! I actually really liked the choice of using Jonathan Young's cover. It's a lot more sinister, and suits someone as vile as Perospero. Also fun fact, he actually shares voice actors with Stein from Soul Eater! Either way, that was cool!

This tribute was well done and Perospero is a little underrated (he's got a cool skillset and is a natural leader among other things). Though he reminds me of a character I created when I was ten (I'm 29 now), Rainbow (both are slim criminals with candy-based powers). Who's your second favorite One Piece villain?
