Hi Cassandra! I used to love crocheting amigurumi, but the arthritis in my hands, especially my thumbs, got too bad to continue. However, when my granddaughters wanted some knotted loveys, I tried them because they're crocheted with the super bulky chenille yarn. And no pain! I love making them! My granddaughters love them too. 💖 Thank you for your podcasts! I really enjoy them even if i don't comment very often.

I am new to amigurumi - I've made two animals - and attaching heads/arms/tails/ears to bodies is a bit frustrating. So I would really be keen to watch your tutorial on sewing bits together. I've watched the eyes tutorial and found it very helpful.

with heads, i use the Vlad the Impaler method XD Stab a small knitting needle through the bottom and the head and sew it together when you are satisfied
Just to mention, I added a shaped muzzle to the head last night, and it made a world of difference! Can't believe I didn't even consider it before. So now I think I might actually complete this bear 😊

Miffy is the main character of a children's book series by dutch writer Dick Bruna, it originated in the 50's and is very popular with young children
I've seen the character Miffy before, but I think I should now try and find a few of the books about her 💕
