I think the blue that sometimes shows up on the tires is like grip that makes you stick to the ceiling

@@crumbum3192 I agree, I think it's both. I seem to much faster stuck to ceilings than I do upside down on the ground. I don't get why being upside down makes you slower on the ground than being upright lol. Guess it's a trade off for better climbing ability.
