What a lovely Railway. I must visit sometime. Nice to see some smart intercity coaches opposite the platform at the start. Much better than the usual rusty old Mk1’s you often see on preserved railways.
It really is a lovely railway, it has been on my radar to visit for a while but as part of the line is closed for work I put it on the back burner. I ended up in the area anyway so asked them if I can pop in and I definitely wasn't disappointed. The rest of the line is due to open next year so it just gives me an excuse to visit again and do some more filming if they will have me. I have to admit, I never asked if they had plans for the coaches but if they are there in the spring I will do, it will be interesting to see what they want to do with them.
