    Don't make judgement without knowing any background. How many people you have talked to? There are a lot of men and women there that want to get married but without resources. This type of place at least provides them an opportunity to have some kind of exposure to someone who may marry them. Why they list all information there? It's not about really to sell your son or daughter, but think about cases people having very different background could end up miserably in their relationship. They just list some information there doesn't mean you are forced to have to find one from those people being listed. It's your choice. It's just providing an additional resource to people who really wants to get married. If you want to know someone, you can make a call and try a date. It's not the place that you give $100 to a person and he/she sells his/her daughter. Don't make judgement based on your experience, think from the point of a person who wants to get married but don't have enough resource/opportunities.

      @ What you feel now is exactly what I feel then! I didn’t say you said we are selling girls. We are just tired of people don’t really understand China. My suggestion to tourists coming to China is to embrace and understand its culture and history. How many days you have been in China?

      @@SoloTravelingGirl Madam, I hope you can see from this park path how China's decades long development miracle has been achieved. Many young men and women are very willing to get married, but these highly educated people are busy with work and have very little time for dating. Love comes from getting to know each other deeply. Without getting to know each other, there is no spark. Love at first sight is only 1%, so they have no lovers from their 20s to 30s.This is not celibacy, but the inability to have too much personal time.

It is the Chinese version of the Grand Canyon, but it is full of bamboo forests and rivers, caves and aerial cable cars,Hollywood movie shooting base... I suggest you go on-site to travel and explore instead of reading the critical comments of Taiwanese people online. The Bamboo Sea scenery is unique to China and is a unique scenery of China, while the bamboo forest is not.

      @@SoloTravelingGirl Hello madam, I must introduce some background to you. China is a place of free love, and everything in the park comes from the development of society. Many highly educated groups are busy with work and do not even have time to get to know each other deeply. They are around 30-35 years old, and everything can only be rushed by parents who care about their children (China's one-child policy in the 1980s). For maternal love, parents hope to give everything. Since the children don't have time, retired parents should have more time to get to know each other's personalities and family situations, and then contact the children in this episode if they think it's good. Everything after that is not forced, whether they like it or not is voluntary.

    This is not the mainstream way of finding husband or wife, in fact, free love has been popular in China for many years . This ancient way has been preserved, more of an attraction scenery. Of course, this reflects that young people are actually under pressure from their elders in marriage, in Chinese traditional culture, being single is a strange choice.

    • @SoloTravelingGirl
      @SoloTravelingGirl  14 днів тому

      Well… again back to basics…. Why culture has to take over someone else modern life and choice of life! I think everyone should choose either to marry or not to marry and it should be always personal choice! Not someone else choice… it’s sad that being single or not married is seen wrongly… in my eyes being single and not married is absolute HAPPINESS and free choice!
