Not a favourite meal but a meal I think you would enjoy. Lentil curry. But you need a bunch of special spices. Some places sell pre packed lentil curry, that with rice or warm pitta bread is lovely!
Chicken Quesadillas, I take boneless chicken breasts and cut them up, saute the pieces, before they are completely done, I cut up red and yellow peppers and onions and add them in, sprinkle some mexican seasoning. When done, put them on half of tortilla and sprinkle mexican cheese on it and fold it over and then toast in the frying pan. Only one pot to clean. Cut into 4 triangles and eat with a Corona with lime... or two, or three, or four LOL.

Your van is beautiful! Did you have any issues adjusting to altitude? I just watched a lady who has been suffering altitude sickness since she arrived. Cassie loves you🥰. Sim racing has been a hobby for years before the van build, and I got the sim rig in the van to fill the hole in my heart, from not being able to have a fun vehicle.. and thankfully it has turned into a small part of my income from gifts on live streams and getting free products from sim racing companies to make videos with! Oh my heart...that bit where she's trying to talk you into walkies! The face and then the little whimper. STAHP IIIITTTT!!! Oh yeah...let's see, what would I cook if I lived in a van (like I totally wish I could right this minute). Something super easy that ended up being a staple for both of my sons when they first moved out was Zatarain's boxed beans and rice with sliced smoked sausage. Cover with cheese and liberally blitz with tobasco. Cheap, easy, filling and yummy. Cornbread goes great with it. But that probably isn't very video worthy. How about chili? Either red or green. I can't remember if you have a freezer, but if you do, you could package in ziplocks and freeze flat in individual servings to save space for easy meals for later.

Just a word of caution, that mylar bone she was chewing on can be dangerous to her digestive system. Any of the synthetic bones or chews that she consumes can. I lived in Idaho springs CO. For 2 year's . We owned some property on a maintain out side of Idaho springs CO. I was pregnant and we already had 5 kids we started out in a tent and built a temporary cabin for the winter. On our property we cut and humed logs to build a log cabin. We worked are asses of had it 24by24foot 5 foot tall already winter came and we went to town I had my last son there. Come spring we went up to start again. Someone cut are cabin for fire word. U could see every so many foot the cut mark's. I Lost it and came back home to Kentucky. I Miss it there but will never go back. I just wanted you to hear my story. I'm a fan and a subscriber. I wish it were easier to recycle being in the van, sadly I don’t see a ton of recycling bins in public areas.. that’s one thing I love about ski towns is there are (some few and far) recycling bins!
"The Most Peaceful Sound To Fall Asleep To" . . . until the first CLAP of thunder comes !!! ( like we had here in Alabama two nights ago at TWO AM ) Cassie has 175 views, and 6.92K subscribers in "her world" at 2:15 PM central time, Sunday June 18th - FATHERS DAY . . Cassie is lucky to have a "dad" like you. One of my favorite foods that you could easily make is mac and beef - just brown some ground beef in your pan, and cook some macaroni ( elbow is a good size ) in your pot. Drain the pasta, maybe you could use the same pot you used to boiled the pasta in to mix everything together, since Cassie won't let you do dishes very often. Add a can or two of tomato sauce or puree ( or even tomato paste is you like it "thickerer" ) salt, pepper and your've got a simple, good tasting meal - depending on how much of each item you use, you can have several meals out of it ( if Cassie doesn't get to it FIRST ) You'll have to experiment with "quantities" of each item to see how you like it . . . Careful with playing with Cassie after she eats because she’s a barrel chested breed. It’s important that they don’t play for at least 45 minutes after eating or drinking a lot of water they can get what’s called bloat. And maybe you already knew that, but I’m guessing like my Weimer Reiner to get frisky after they eat

Yup built my van a few years ago, I really need to do a propper van walkthrough/introduction video soon!! Dreams and goals would be to upgrade to a school bus or toy hauler so I can have a race/drift car with me on travels, crazy dream is to have an off grid homestead with a concrete drift/race track and a huge ton shop for cars!! There’s a guy in Canada Chrome… VanCity Van Life) that has a type of shower called Juka Hot Tap and as long as there’s any water from a puddle to a creek, lake or river he can have a hot shower.

Sim racing has been a hobby for years before the van build, and I got the sim rig in the van to fill the hole in my heart, from not being able to have a fun vehicle.. and thankfully it has turned into a small part of my income from gifts on live streams and getting free products from sim racing companies to make videos with! Oh my heart...that bit where she's trying to talk you into walkies! The face and then the little whimper. STAHP IIIITTTT!!! Oh yeah...let's see, what would I cook if I lived in a van (like I totally wish I could right this minute). Something super easy that ended up being a staple for both of my sons when they first moved out was Zatarain's boxed beans and rice with sliced smoked sausage. Cover with cheese and liberally blitz with tobasco. Cheap, easy, filling and yummy. Cornbread goes great with it. But that probably isn't very video worthy. How about chili? Either red or green. I can't remember if you have a freezer, but if you do, you could package in ziplocks and freeze flat in individual servings to save space for easy meals for later.

I have a "velcro doggie" too, her name is Gracie, recsued at 4 from a life as a kennel Mom....she is an 11 yr. old Black Lab Greyhound mix.....lived in downtown Denver for a year, love Colorado.....retired and live in Raleigh now, love you channel.....keep growing it......Garcie's favorite meal is...anything I am eating....we like Chicken and Pastry best.

Just a word of caution, that mylar bone she was chewing on can be dangerous to her digestive system. Any of the synthetic bones or chews that she consumes can. I'll log on to my suv life and sub from there. Have an awesome week.

I lived in Idaho springs CO. For 2 year's . We owned some property on a maintain out side of Idaho springs CO. I was pregnant and we already had 5 kids we started out in a tent and built a temporary cabin for the winter. On our property we cut and humed logs to build a log cabin. We worked are asses of had it 24by24foot 5 foot tall already winter came and we went to town I had my last son there. Come spring we went up to start again. Someone cut are cabin for fire word. U could see every so many foot the cut mark's. I Lost it and came back home to Kentucky. I Miss it there but will never go back. I just wanted you to hear my story. I'm a fan and a subscriber. I wish it were easier to recycle being in the van, sadly I don’t see a ton of recycling bins in public areas.. that’s one thing I love about ski towns is there are (some few and far) recycling bins!

( like we had here in Alabama two nights ago at TWO AM ) Cassie has 175 views, and 6.92K subscribers in "her world" at 2:15 PM central time, Sunday June 18th - FATHERS DAY . . Cassie is lucky to have a "dad" like you. One of my favorite foods that you could easily make is mac and beef - just brown some ground beef in your pan, and cook some macaroni ( elbow is a good size ) in your pot. Drain the pasta, maybe you could use the same pot you used to boiled the pasta in to mix everything together, since Cassie won't let you do dishes very often. Add a can or two of tomato sauce or puree ( or even tomato paste is you like it "thickerer" ) salt, pepper and your've got a simple, good tasting meal - depending on how much of each item you use, you can have several meals out of it ( if Cassie doesn't get to it FIRST ) You'll have to experiment with "quantities" of each item to see how you like it . . . Careful with playing with Cassie after she eats because she’s a barrel chested breed. It’s important that they don’t play for at least 45 minutes after eating or drinking a lot of water they can get what’s called bloat. And maybe you already knew that, but I’m guessing like my Weimer Reiner to get frisky after they eat
