Here's a tip I just learned from an older Jeff Mcerlain vid. When applying vibrato to a bent note let your fretting thumb move up closer on the side of the neck closer the bent note. Keeping the thumb in the 'proper' place makes the bend harder. Try it - I was amazed and the amount of control and ease! Don't thank me thank Jeff - LOL
