Legalising documents is required in visa application Your Skvc verification however needs to be done before application, go to skvc.lt to follow the steps if applicable
Hello kindness I was refused for Lithuania working visa on the 18th of September. Reason for the refusal is douth of leaving the state territory after visa expires, but I was give permission to appeal the visa refusal. What is your advice on this thank you am from Nigeria
How would they refuse your work visa on those terms? the essence of work visas to relocate and work in the new country. If it was a work TRP, then I would recommend contacting the company that hired you for additional support. They could provide additional documents to the immigration. If you applied for a tourist visa, then I would recommend providing all evidence to prove you have ties to the country you are traveling from in your appeal or when you reapply.
