When I make Monkey bread, I use Cinnamon Rolls instead. It saves the step of the sugar/cinnamon mixture and coating. And instead of white sugar for the coating, I use brown sugar. It really does caramelize better. As a bonus, when it is done cooking and still warm, I spread the icing over the top. It's the best MB you could ever have!!

Hey Sam and Max I have a suggestion for an episode if it hasn’t been done, potato nachos! Thin sliced potato’s that fry or bake then add cheese and green onions. Could you try to make this and of course make it Sam The Cooking Guy extravagant?
Sam, I’ve been following your burrito episodes recipes and they are absolutely blowing my tastebuds into space. I use a nonstick pan to “grill” the marinated meat and burrito and it comes out better than any damn restaurant I’ve eaten out at. Much love from TX!
I can never tell if Sam always intentionally clarifies the butter or not, and then he goes on to just mix it all together anyway and break my little culinary heart
Idea for your "baked bean waffle". Put at least the red onions (maybe also the spring onions ?) in a strainer, throw some cooked water over it and let it drain. Will take both the cold and the sharpness away from it.
