I need your help with 2019 taxes ( negligent related penalty) forgoing to submit my 1099-R and W2. I received a CP2000 and I need a professional letter stating Covid mental distress to abate my penalty
All these penalties for the middle class! No one ever teaches how and when to file but we are ALL accountable for knowing these things. Sounds like extortion to me…
Hi, I just received a notice CP162a from IRS with the penalties $3000. Please help me how to dispute or request first abatement. Thank you very much

Very detailed video!! Thank you
Thank you for the info. Do you know if the IRS would forgive penalty and interest if those amounts expire in less than a year and I have a monthly payment plan with them?
What about not having insurance pre 2019?
For the 1st time abatement, it was stated that all previous tax returns must be filed. Does that mean the previous 6 years tax returns (i.e., 2014,15, 16, 17, 18, 19)?
When you file the first time abatement will it waive failure to file and failure to pay penalty? Or the IRS Will only allow one penalty removal?
Can you use this form to waive “tax preparer penalties”?
what about the fraudulent filing penalty?
I understand a relative's death provides a reasonable cause. Does a relative's major surgery qualify too? Will the IRS require evidence?
What about a late filing penalty for a business? They sent me an $840 bill and my small part time business only makes like 5k a year
Yeah.I have same problem like you now. How’s the results now? Please share. Thank you
