She’s loyal and straightforward, but she got almost no character development other than as a helpful Black friend :/ Romantic relationships aren’t the only source of character but she gets no romance whatsoever, whereas Musa gets Sam, Terra Dane(ish), Stella and Bloom get Mr. dumb (sorry but not really), Beatrix Riven etc. Likewise they don’t go into her struggles: Terra with her insecurity and social isolation, Musa getting overwhelmed and feeling useless, Stella having to project strength. Aisha had one scene where she wasn’t the best and then they didn’t focus on it at all, the only time she gets to talk about her own problems is to help everyone else

actually Bloom was doing good because she needs to learn how to control her powers that's why instead of teaching her how to create a fucking fireball Dowling taught her how to light one single stick between all the others. Same thing for Aisha, Dowling is teaching her two things: 1. How to control multiple water sources at the same time 2. how to be more precise something that will allow her in the future to control molecules and other liquids and similars such as blood or for example acids
I like that they gave Aisha braids with the blue highlights. But the fashion in the show needs some work. First off they can start by making Musas actress look more Middle Eastern than Asian if that’s what their trying to do. Her hairstyles are somethings I see on many Asian women. Then Aisha need to not wear long skirts all the time. I feel like they should go with all the characters former color palates in order to add some pops of color. Like what they did with Blooms transformation, the bright reds and oranges were cute and I hope to see more of that in future seasons. Also Aisha should probably have bigger and more curly hair or even some better braids. That’s all.
I wonder if Water Fairies can also generate & control Ice, or if it's limited to water. I kinda hope they *can* use Cryokinesis (because it's an amazing power), but I would also prefer that they focus on Water magic anyway tbh. Hydrokinesis is an interesting power that I'm excited to see more of in future seasons - I've enjoyed the few examples of it I've seen in media b4 & would love to see more creative applications, e.g.: * Kuasa- LOT * Silvermist- Tinkerbell * Waterbenders- ATLA/ LOK * Mera & Arthur- Aquaman, etc.
From what I have gathered from the series, within each element, an individual fairy would manifest that element in different ways, naturally. For instance, Tara and that other nature boy (I forgot his name lol) are both nature fairies, but Tara can control plants and vines while that other nature boy can walk through walls. There is a difference in how each fairy manifest each element.

I think she is almost an par with Bloom as the most powerful Fairy of the group (she even save Bloom's ass by killing a burned one with a one hit)!
