1:59 Mufti Muhammad Kifayatullah RAH was born in 1292AH, hence he would have be quite young (so may be unlikely to have transmitted hadith at that age) at the demise of Hujjat al Islam Moulana Muhammad Qasim An Nanotwi RAH (d:1297AH) so there is a missing person in this chain of narration and that is Shaykh ul Hind Moulana Mahmud Hasan Deobandi RAH. (Refer to Al Anaqeed Al 'Aaliyah pg 56-57).
