@Mark Richardson will Smith is not a comedian, hes never done stand up or toured, he is naturally funny, he made a successful comedic TV show on what resume? Rapping? He wasn't a actor he was given a opportunity and delivered one of the best sitcoms every made so yes hes naturally funny

Fun fact. This is the same guy that played Nate in the movie Set It Off and he had an entanglement with Will’s wife Jada. He’s been using his money for years to get people to do what he wants 😂😂😂
@@jorgegfigueroa9755 August had a separate entanglement with Jada. THIS guy played Nate is the movie Set It Off. Nate used his money to have sex with Jada. Just like he used his money to use Will in this scene.
To the people who say you would take it no problem: Why do you think he is asking Will to do him this favour? If he gets caught, it’s gonna fall on Will. He can throw Will under the bus. He would be the patsy.
And that's why Uncle Phil makes it clear in no uncertain terms how this would have played out had Will actually made the delivery and it became public.
In any case, if Will knowingly delivered a bribe to am elected official, that at the very least would make him an accessory. Going to Uncle Phil about it was definitely the right thing to do.
Ironically, Will is supposed to be from the hard streets of Philly. He should know better than to question or open locked briefcases. Honestly this is something Carlton would do.
Ernie was an old friend of Uncle Phil's, which is probably why Will let his guard down like that. He probably didn't consider that such a man COULD be corrupt.
I’m genuinely shocked....I thought I knew all these episodes as much as the friends ones, but I can’t for the life of me remember ever seeing this one!
The locks I think were flimsy on purpose, him knowing Wills character showing off opening it. He knew that. He wanted him to see the money I think, then see how he'd react to that, would he take the case then knowing what was in it? When he knew Will was frightened, and he knew he'd take the case, then he handed him the bribe money in the envelope. Psychology. This show was bloody brilliant, very clever, funny, original and written by some real thoughtful people.

Ironically, Will is supposed to be from the hard streets of Philly. He should know better than to question or open locked briefcases. Honestly this is something Carlton would do.
Carlton would throw a moral fit once he saw the money, Will immediately realized what happened and was just "I didn't see shit"
Ernie was an old friend of Uncle Phil's, which is probably why Will let his guard down like that. He probably didn't consider that such a man COULD be corrupt.
5 seasons ago, yes. But being in a stable household changed his morals. He didn't need to resort to that kind of corruption to get ahead.
