    Ingredients for Gola Kabab Preparation:
    Chicken mince 500g
    Onion cubes 1 cup
    Ginger pods 3
    Garlic cloves 3
    Green Chilies 1/2 cup
    Green coriander 1 cup
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
    Cumin powder 1 tbsp
    Oil (for frying) as required
    Ingredients for Puree:
    Oil 3 tbsp
    Onion (sliced) 1 cup
    Green chilies 1/2 cup
    Ginger pods 3
    Garlic cloves 2
    Cashew nuts 1 cup
    Ingredients for Gola Kabab Gravy:
    Oil 1/4 cup
    Prepared puree
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
    Cumin powder 1 tbsp
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt 1 cup
    Prepared gola kabab
    NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 cup
    Green chilies (sliced) as required
    Ginger (julienne) as required
    Directions for Gola Kabab Preparation:
    1. In a chopper add chicken mince, onion cubes, ginger pods, garlic cloves, green chilies, green coriander, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, black pepper crushed, cumin powder and chop them well. set aside.
    2. Take the prepared mince and make gola kabab shapes from it with the help of skewers.
    3. In a pan heat oil and add prepared gola kabab. Fry until they are 90% done. set aside.
    Directions for Puree Preparation:
    4. In a pan heat oil and add onion, green chilies, ginger pods, garlic cloves, and cashew nuts and cook for a minute.
    5. Transfer them to a blender and add blend them to a puree. Set aside.
    Directions for Gola Kabab Gravy Preparation:
    6. In a pot heat oil and add prepared puree. Cook for a minute.
    7. Now add coriander powder, black pepper crushed, cumin powder, salt and mix it well.
    8. Add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt and mix it well.
    9. Add prepared gola kabab and give them a good mix.
    10. Add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook for 1-2 minutes.
    11. Dish it out and garnish it with green chilies, ginger and serve.
    12. Your Gola Kabab Malai Gravy is ready.

    Cooking Time: 35-40 minutes
