I love this bank and registered with my NIE and passport now blocking my transaction because want a residency card in Spain. Trying to get this resolved but English support very vague.
How about customer Service for the hearing impaired? In Germany your service allways need "real" Assistance Support can't help by postal mail everytime, sometimes you must call service line... for a real online bank - i think unfair not disabled friendly.
