Polzer Innenausbau, Jagsthausen - Fast delivery and installation of offices after fire

Sometimes a mobile space solution doesn't need to be particularly large or exceptionally furnished, but simply needs to be available on site quickly. When the entire production as well as the planning and administration offices of Polzer Innenausbau GmbH & Co. KG in Jagsthausen/Baden-Württemberg burnt out completely in a fire, we delivered an office container system ready for occupancy after just a few days.
"On the very night of the fire, we decided to go ahead immediately and rebuild," says Peter Polzer, Managing Director of the medium-sized company with around 30 employees. In the course of this, he contacted our regional sales representative, Stefan Fett, by phone. "ELA immediately started planning and within a few days our interim office was ready and waiting. Thanks to the large window front, we also always have a view of the work on rebuilding the workshop."
The interim facility consists of three ELA office containers combined lengthwise and covers a total floor space of 54 square metres. The white interior in combination with generous window areas provides a bright and friendly working atmosphere. The technical equipment includes LED interior lighting, smoke alarms, IT network technology and split air conditioning units for heating and cooling.
"When Mr. Polzer called me and described the situation, I immediately got in my car and drove to him," says ELA Area Sales Manager Stefan Fett. "We immediately started planning and prepared a quotation." The technical highlight of the system, he says, is the high-quality IT network technology with connection to the customer's existing EDP system. "Another customer advantage is that our containers, at three metres, are half a metre wider than standard containers," says Fett. This provides more space and a better feeling of space.
