Everytime he dragged me out towards his car i screamed and kept screaming because i knew if he got me into tnat car i wouldnt be here today. It was frightening and i was so scared. Thankfully some man came out and tried to get him. But he got away. I had young son of 3 and an 8 month old baby. Thinking about them helped me fight. He was never caught. I still have nightmares . Problem with these sickfucks is that they are perfectly aware of their deviation, hide their sexual fantasies for years, but sometimes it snaps and their deviation overwhelmes them and they literally hunt down their victim. Even if perfectly aware of harsh sentences.
And society can't recognize them as sexual predators as they act somewhat normal prior to such acts. At max., they are considered as weirdos.

I go back and forth on the question of capital punishment. The opportunities for its abuse are so availabe; especially with such a porous legal system that we have; where collecting convictions outweighs the truth. However, in cases such as this; where there is no doubt as to who did what, and the crime(s) are so heinous, there is justification for a terminal solution; sparing the state and the public the expense of maintaining such monsters, or running the risk that such incorrigibles should ever be released back into society by misguided parole boards that don't understand the psychopathy they are dealing with. This being said, I still feel that Scott Peterson should have faced the death penalty for having murdered his wife, Laci, and their unborn child.

The problem is... they would need to make absolutely sure... There was one case where a girlfriend said her boyfriend killed a girl and both was in jail for 6 years before they caught the actual killer after he had killed others and confessed it was him the that actually killed the girl. And gave them the full details... She had guessed closely enough to had the police believe her so she could get revenge on her boyfriend for being too controlling. So he was totally innocent... And they let both out but in my opinion they should have left her in prison...

"The sheriff called for assistance, bypassing the 24 hour waiting period required before reporting someone as a missing person." Just in case anyone watches this and thinks this is true: You *DO NOT* have to wait 24 hours to report someone as missing, especially a child! The first 24 hours are absolutely crucial if someone has been abducted or suffered a medical or mental health emergency. If someone goes somewhere and was supposed to return but instead they disappeared, call the police. If someone was supposed to be at home or meet you somewhere and they don't show up, you can't get in touch with them after a reasonable amount of time, and this is out of character for them or something just seems off, call the police. You won't get arrested if they turn out to be fine. Don't wait just to find out whether they'll suddenly show up a day later.

Why should it matter if the person who is missing comes from a stable background? Even if their not, police should be looking just as hard. They've stated multiple times that she came from a religious, well to do family. A lot of poor ,unstable girls go missing. It's obvious they don't get the same treatment as the well to do families. This has to change.

It’s shameful that prejudice will affect how LE will prioritise such cases. We see time and again how even the media have a bias. The only benefit I will give them is that they are suggesting that she was unlikely to be a run away. It’s important to remember that just because a family may seem to be a respectable and/or religious does not necessarily mean that behind closed doors that things are fine and dandy.

But most kids from unstable backgrounds just run away & aren’t kidnapped. How are the cops supposed to pour every resource into every report of a missing person, without getting spread too thin? They have to look at the facts - if a kid from an unstable background had pulled up in their driveway & gone missing from there, I’m sure almost all cops would treat it the same. But if a kid who is known to run away from home because their parents are deadbeats but usually turns up safely within a few days, just doesn’t come home from school (same as the last 3 times they ran away), then are the cops supposed to start massive manhunts? Would be nice if they had the resources to do that for every person reported missing, but reality doesn’t allow it. Just look at the FBI’s Most Wanted/Missing Persons list at how many people are missing
      www.fbi.gov/wanted/kidnap

Very easy! your invisi-god CREATED this "satan" character and must have done something really bad to get turned on, and then tries to lay the blame on *US* for his own mistake by proxy! Blaming the whole of humanity for what "Adam" and "Eve" allegedly did is like putting you in jail today for life because your great great great gandfather stole a horse!

No, it's like blaming the car's designer when a minor rear-end collision causes the gas tank to explode.

"Sin" is a human invention to keep the dumb sheeple subservient, under control and living in FEAR that they are being monitored 24/7,and every THOUGHT being read and "recorded" for some terrible punishment. People panicked and went crazy with fear in 1859 when a simple natural phenomenon caused by solar flares caused global aurora borealis to appear and they thought it was the end of the WORLD, one girl was so affected she wound up in a mental institution.

Jurgen Habermas is an intellectual atheist he once stated; Religion is an important source for creating meaning, and he warns Europe that our educational system, our legal system, our human rights, are all derivative from the Judeo-Christian tradition. To this day, we have no other source. Everything else is postmodern chatter.

No idea, I don't know them, they don't mean anything to me personally and according to your doctrines they left here and jumped in jezus' lap in perfect PARADISE, so you should be CELEBRATING that they left planet purgatory sooner than later (which is what earth is- compared to perfect PARADISE) and get there that much faster than had they lived to be 95 or something and struggling to pay bills and buy food, and then getting cancer or whatever.
Marx considered the contributions of religion over the centuries to be unimportant and irrelevant to the future of humanity. He argued that religious belief had been invented as a reaction against the suffering and injustice of the world. In marx's view, the poor and oppressed were the original creators of religion, and they used it as a way to reassure themselves that they would have a better life in the future, after death. Thus, it served as a kind of "opium," or a way to escape the harsh realities of the world.
Religious suffering is, at one and the same time, the expression of real suffering and a protest against real suffering. Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, and the soul of soulless conditions. It is the opium of the people.
Over time, however, religion came to be used by the ruling classes as a way to keep people obedient, by promising supernatural rewards in exchange for submission on earth. Thus, marx argued that religion - originally intended as an escape from suffering - had been turned into a cause of suffering.

That’s what happens in the real world. You lose sometimes. If you don’t prepare children for that, instead of giving trophies to the entire league, then they grow up and expect to win at everything and when they don’t, they do what we see today.

Some may disagree but I’ve been told to never go to another location even if threatened with a knife or gun since it will rarely end well. I know it’s probably human instinct to do whatever you think will help you survive but I think I would rather risk being killed on the spot (possibly cause them to give up and find an easier target) than be taken away to an isolated area at the mercy of some psycho and subjected to goodness knows what. Everyone is different but I fear being tortured much more than death.

Sometimes, things are out of your control. There have been women who have fought against abduction and still ended up being abducted. If her attacker has an agenda, and wants to take her, and is stronger than her, then most likely she will be taken, regardless of the fight or struggle she gives him.
There have been stories where women who put up a struggle, were beaten into unconsciousness, and taken by their attacker, and other stories where they managed to avoid abduction. So, It honestly depends on the situation. Sometimes they can escape being taken, and other times they can't.

Laying down, only lets the Perp take control of you... Tie you up, etc.
