Impressive...very impressive. But somehow the ceremony reminded me of the Twin Towers in NY, in September 11th.
Or is it because that I know this beautiful building along with many others in Dubai were built by individuals who were lured to the Dubai with a false promise of a well paid job.

Dubai is a part of the seven federate state of the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES situated at the Arabian Gulf and nearby the Kingdom Saudi Arabia and Oman.
There is a 7 emirates comprising UAE.
1. Abu Dhabi
2.Dubai
3.Sharjah
4.Ajman
5.Ras AL Khaima
6.Fujairah
7. Umm Al Quain
I could say that the UAE is one of the successful country in the world.
