Our Chen and Konyak is still need more years to improved. Because they don't recognise corporate employee but they always held high on govt employees even if peon or chowkidar
This is just the 2nd Excellency award and it's confered to individuals for extraordinary service towards chen community. But yes it's also true that our dignity of labour is misplaced across sectors.
