I don't know man. Evol Intent killed it back in the day and they are from Atlanta, GA. Pendulum is from Australia, and Current Value is from Germany. UK will always be the king because they pioneered it, but there are other regional scenes that give it a run for it's money.
SOLAR SYSTEM is definetly one of my favorites from the modern era of dnb. also its my phone's ringtone! btw, the main synth is based off of DJ Hazard's Busted, which kinda sounds like Mr. Happy, both are what people tend to call clown step, DnB that sounds like carnival music (one think you need to know, Noisa and BSE are the GODS of neurofunk)
