@@novatiberium Oh well, at least you found out! I suppose that's the thing about revisiting older videos and leaving comments behind, you never know if they make a difference or not.

0:59 Good night Arvel. :)
is there a test pattern at the end of this video I just wanted to know?
+holly pietrzak
Yes, there is! *:D* 3:02 after those little *beep* weirdos to the testcard prior to going to snow (I guess).
@@novatiberium Those beeps were probably meant for the transmitter to cut the carrier as well as for all the transmitters CBWT served.
@@ChristopherSobieniak A question you answered after 3 years! :O
Throughout these 3 years, that's true and I learnt what those meant.

I had no idea CBC Manitoba had transmitters in Northern Saskatchewan back then.
I suppose it made sense if they couldn't get a good signal from their home province to use.
Is the CBC slide before going to test pattern the picture of the CBC Winnipeg studios or just the Toronto studios?
Winnipeg.
they started using this slide in the 1970's
Tom Hallick did this cbc station ever go into static before?
@@mikepuk8224 Probably didn't see a need to replace it if the logo stayed that way into the 80's.
Tom Hallick why does it just say Winnipeg on the test pattern instead cbwt anyway?
What is this tune? Sounds like Lee Ritenour?
"Crazy For You" by Earl Klugh
It's like Montreal in Winnipeg
I'm sure it can down to who got a signal out there quicker in the end
