@dirtysouthlepluv It's not dumb; they're pretty confusing terms. As I understand it, your chest voice are the lower notes in your vocal range, and your head voice is the higher ones.
E.g. when he sings "he won't deceive you, but tell you the truth..." would be with his 'head voice'.
