I first watched this video fairly soon after you uploaded it at a time where I was just finding out what asmr was. I come back to it a couple of times every year, it’s weird but I want to thank you for this video I will probably carry with me throughout the rest of my life. I’m nearly 19 now, having first watched it at 11 years old. Loads of stuff has changed but this video remains a constant focal point for me.
This is good, and one of your best so far! You used both good verbal visualization ("picture the energy escaping"), and physical visualization (the pencil on the hand, and drawing around it). For not knowing what you're doing, you do a great job! Thank you!

You've now managed to put an insomniac with pertussis and allergies off to sleep... thats a challenge. I just wanted to comment on this one before going off to sleep... theres something about this one I love...it's a little different...but definitely one of my favorites. Something about the way you talk...your tone...and the hand goodness. I love this one. Goodnight!

This makes homework seem to go so much faster than it actually does. I can sit and focus for hours at a time while listening to you. :) I have just spent the last 10 hours writing 20 pages of chemistry stuff by hand without any problem! :) Now my fingers hurt, though. :p

Theyre relaxing for me. I think visuals trigger my asmr the most compared to other triggers
