The fact that they've known about this bug since probably 3 seconds after the update hit and they've said NOTHING is super annoying. The only mention I've seen from GL is that their Trello board does say that they are aware and actively working on, but I don't think the masses are out there looking at the GL Trello. How hard is it to say "We're aware of the issue, we're actively working on a fix and we'll be patching it and compensating you soon." The compensation bit is just a wish. I'd be happy with an acknowledgement.

I am so annoyed especially for the new star path items. I want to put the magnolia petal piles everywhere and decorate with all the new Mulan stuff. I am so annoyed when I heard it because of the people hacking premium items and the fix they did. I am so annoyed at those hackers.

I love this update but this is a really bad bug because we paid to get these items .

I think it would have been better if GL just brought the previous star paths as a bundle or something because a lot of the people who wanted to obtain certain time locked items were using Scrooge shop to get let's say the UP fireplace. People didn't want to wait for GL potentially bringing them back and surprisingly they still haven't done that. With newer players missing 2 years worth of content, for GL to charge so much for these items seems very unfair and I understand why people would like to save up on money and get House skins, etc but it's also not fair other hackers to takeaway GL's profits either. That only means I'm never gonna see the coco banners 😢😅

yeh i think instead of working on the fomo idea they should have a more extensive shop where you can always purchase items but then gameloft can add in items when new updates happen and such. I do agree a lot of people got involved in stuff like this due to the fact that some items are unobtainable even when people are willing to pay

I was just thinking it’s because of the blue chest hack that they have done this. And probably in order to put a stop to people doing it … thanks a lot to the cheaters. You’ve ruined it for the rest of us. Hopefully game well will figure out a way to put a stop to it and release the items so those of us who have earned them honestly will still be able to get them.

Hi you cant buy items from scrooge shop, so as shown in the video when you go to purchase premium shop items or starpath items from scrooge it wont let you sadly!
