Disgusting that you can build this house in Barden Ridge in a reasonable timeframe and to this standard while poor Metricon customers in the rest of the shire suffer 2 years of building and end up with garbage standard of construction! Buyers do your homework before signing up with this mob!

Hi Mark, did Metricon really take 2+ years for the actual build or was it 2 years including planning, council approvals etc...? And also, regarding the building quality, what sort of issues did you encounter? We are considering our options and were really impressed with this display home... not that sure anymore.
