Lulls QBS AND WRS on Crossers only to use his length to knock the pass away
Sauce Gardner had amazing year, he is already a top 5 CB in the NFL! He is very underrated and he have no weakness to his game at all. He can bring the New York Jets to the Super Bowl in the future!
As a huge Jets fan and former college CB I can admit that some of these plays are PI simply because he doesn’t turn his head around. He’s always in position tho if he starts to turn his head around he’s good for 10 INTs a season especially with his height. If Revis take him under the wing and teach him his technique he could be a top 10 all time corner
As a big jets fan most of them are Sauce reading the receiver. I've seen reports that it isn't PI to not turn back as long as he doesn't make contact. He's instinctive but I'll admit he was grabbing Sutton's jersey but I guess because Sutton never slowed down in the process they never called it

Well, Ahmad Sauce Gardner playing Boundary Corner has payed off for him but that doesn't diminish the fact he can play Field Corner, Slot Corner/Nickelback maybe maybe even Defensiveback AKA Safety
This Jets defense went from last in defense to 4th best defense in the league. All those draft picks proved to be very effective in their success.
