tbh I think Five treated Vanya better bc when Vanya was crashing the house with the explosions, Five was the only one that wasn't in her bad memory. (He does appear a little in the living room)
I guess ben can kinda relate to Vanya, because I read somewhere that Sir Reginald is said to be disgusted by Ben's power and often reminded him how disgusting he is, which is why he hated using his powers as a child.

@Life’s Tough If we get enough season they will have to change his wardrobe at some point. Aiden is still aging visibly between seasons, the school boy outfit will start to look weird after a while lol.
Also I agree that season 3 could be a good time to give him a wardrobe change (but still keep it kinda classy, he is still a 58 year old man in that body), since the Umbrella academy is not going to be a thing next season, so it ain't like he will have an endless supply of the outfit. I am kinda expecting a slight time jump between the finale and season 3. The Hargreeves need a new home and deal with their identities because rn, they have alternate versions out there who weren't adopted by Reginald.

It aggravated me that he stayed in those clothes past season 2, I assume he's not used to changing clothes because of not having any while isolated, but at the least one of the other 6 would've brought it up. I just want a wholesome scene of him finding small dapper clothes
@peach Yeah but now that the umbrella academy doesn't exist and only the sparrow academy is around he def won't have access to more uniforms. He should get a wardrobe change in s3 even if it's with the similar vibes of being small dapper clothes.

I feel like Ben reached out to Vanya when they were young because he was scared of the monster that he can channel, so he felt like an outsider as well. Ben and Vanya were really the only ones who were, for lack of a better word, “nerds” and the others were more outgoing. Thats why Ben had that monologue with Vanya. That’s my idea, I could be incredibly wrong. I was rewatching the series again and had to add this! So, in the scene where Vanya has to remember A.K.A. the brain eating scene, Ben would keep telling the siblings to lay off and stop pressuring her, which shows that he cared about her. Which in turn, shows that they were friends!

Five too. Those three were def the more "intellectual" members of the family while Luther, Diego, Allison and Klaus were way more outgoing like you said. We do know that Ben and Klaus were close. But we gotta remember that when Five first arrives in the apocalypse he calls out Ben and Vanya's names. Implying that he was at least closer to them than the other siblings. I'd say that Five was also a part of the rivalry between Diego and Luther a bit ("I don't THINK I'm better than you number 1. I KNOW I'm better"). I could def see Five and Ben sitting around reading just enjoying one anothers company and silence, and both Ben and Five listening to Vanya playing the violin.
@@pcrassen4975 I did notice that too, but I didn't think much of it, considering the fact that Vanya warns Five to stop when he is arguing with Reginald. You do bring up a good point though, I was curious as to why he would shout Ben's name as well.
