NO! The absolute LOUDEST crowds are in Brazil and Italy - watch her performances there. The crowds are incredible. In the States, the loudest crowds are in the ATL.
It sounds good but it didn't happen again because that wasn't supposed to happen, it was a playback error. Formation's playback doesn't usually have that so it caught her off guard which is why she was turning away from the camera and covering her mouth with her left hand.

We all know Beyonce can sing anyway so it's no big deal. We are there for the entertainment and experience.
