may nag reklamo po ba at dpat idemolish? at magkno po inabot ng permit?

Wala pa naman nagreklamo.. Kaya dinemolish as per advice ng architect ng munsipyo, hindi daw po up to code yung unang position ng house. Need daw po ng setback na 3 meters from the road. (Please correct me if i'm wrong about sa sukat) And naisip na rin namin in the long run at least legal lahat and updated ang munisipyo sa mga na construct dito..
Sa cost ng permit, i can't tell you the exact amount kasi hindi ako mismo ang nag asikaso pero sa dami ng binayaran malaki rin po inabot 🙂
